Do not go to this store they will charge you for cups even when you get a bag of drink so wrong and not friendly about it.... the manager was rude and condescending I will not be back

Easily the worst experience I’ve had at a KFC. Spicy sandwich was just tenders slapped on a bun, wife’s tender meal was nearly raw and fries were old and hard as a rock.

I ordered online and I went in yo pick it up! When i got home we didn’t get biscuits thst were supposed to be in our combo mesls and the teo piece dark chicken were both tiny!!!

I never write reviews on places, But i went to this place last night and have gone a few times before but the food was OUTSTANDING! super hot and fresh, service was quick and easy, Fries were salted just right, I ordered the chicken strip meal with a side of gravy and it all was amazing. My only complaint would be the music, Its a bit loud. But i mean you're not there for music, you are there to eat and get served good food.

First, no one working front counter. Finally got waited on, placed my order and waited 10 minutes. Ask were my food was, said dropping hot nuggets just for me. Finally brought mine and another lady food out. She had my mashed potatoes and I had her French fries. Man said no problem will switch. When he did the mashed potatoes slid out of his hand hit the floor and exploded all over me. Did not say sorry, he said do you want chocolate cake. Said no thanksNo apologies!!! Other customers came in, stood and waited. Also the music was blaring in the store. Won't be back herr!

My wife ordered a 8pc dinner and I think they put the chicken cooled for lunch in the bucket, it was so dry and no crisp to the extra crisp its was really dull.. and no flavor....

Always good-sized portions and hot food. Have never experienced any mistakes with my orders, which is rare compared to many local fast food places in Centerton and Bentonville. The employees at the drive thru, cooks, and prepers are accommodating, kind, and most of all polite and have manners. It's not often anymore to hear a thank you coming, enjoy your food, have a good day...I appreciate those efforts.

I ordered two No. 1 meals with a breast and wing (original) in both, different sides, and same drink. When I got home, the order was wrong. I called the store and was told I could pick up another order the next day; however, when I told the employee that I wasn’t given a receipt, she said they couldn’t replace my food at a later date, but I could bring back the wrong order tonight for a replacement. It’s absurd that I had to drive back to the store for an error made by the drive-thru person.After waiting more than 25 minutes in the store, the original chicken that was cooked was not given to me while I waited in the lobby. Instead, I was asked to wait another 17 mins for them to drop more chicken.
