If they ask you pull into a stall don’t. you will be left out there for the next 20 minutes. I had to call the store to even remind them I was waiting as I was watching car after car go through the drive thru. Mcdonald's should never take 20 minutes for a big mac and quarter pounder meal.

This place is ALWAYS disappointing- 1-even if you are the only one in drive thru they ask you to go park and will bring the food out to you (just two mcchickens 15 mins later) 2. The people who work are not pleasant 3. If you are on a 30 min lunch break, you may not get it in time with your drive.

Easily the worst McDonald’s in America.
Every time I go through the drive thru the food is never ready and I’m asked to pull forward. Doesn’t matter if I order through the drive thru or the mobile app. It doesn’t matter what I order either. No matter how big or small the order is, it’s always “please pull forward” and I wait another 15-20 minutes for them to bring out the food.
They typically forget to bring out some of the items I’ve ordered too.

Drive through, had one spicy Mcchicken, no issues with it, but if I did then I would’ve been seriously concerned
Place was disgusting has fried and what looked like ice cream all over lobby floor. Staff was questionable waited at the front counter to pay for 3 minutes before I was even acknowledged. The boy that came up to the counter just stared at me with a blank expression. Waited a very long time for our food which was only 6 nuggets a fry drink and a sundae. Staff gives dirty looks.

Updating this because in the last 7 years, this place has gone downhill. These days when you go, it’s a 50/50 on whether or not you’re going to get your food in a timely manner or if you get parked and essentially forgotten about. If ever see multiple cars in the curbside pick up spots, just go somewhere else unless you have at least 30 minutes to spare. Make the extra trek over to the MCD on I street and airport.
