Place was disgusting has fried and what looked like ice cream all over lobby floor. Staff was questionable waited at the front counter to pay for 3 minutes before I was even acknowledged. The boy that came up to the counter just stared at me with a blank expression. Waited a very long time for our food which was only 6 nuggets a fry drink and a sundae. Staff gives dirty looks.

Updating this because in the last 7 years, this place has gone downhill. These days when you go, it’s a 50/50 on whether or not you’re going to get your food in a timely manner or if you get parked and essentially forgotten about. If ever see multiple cars in the curbside pick up spots, just go somewhere else unless you have at least 30 minutes to spare. Make the extra trek over to the MCD on I street and airport.

This McDonald’s is one of the slowest in the area. I understand it’s not a fine dining restaurant, but the food is often inaccurate and poorly made. The drinks are usually flat as well. If you’re nearby, I recommend driving a few extra miles to the McDonald’s on Regional Airport Blvd—it’s much better.

Treble members constantly walk in front of, and ignore customers waiting to order at the counter. Service is slow and zero communication from the back to the customers waiting for their food. This store manager needs to stop worrying about their profit, hire more people, and worry about the customers. Where do you think your that profit comes from?
The people working here are idiots and always every single time I order here forget something. Ive had drinks, condiments, freebies from the app and recently my fries and nuggets. I ordered recently a happy meal with double fries and chicken nuggets. I only got one fries in my bag.. how do you forget the main thing and such simple orders Everytime it's not that hard? Looking at the other reviews I'm not the only one thats not getting their food and missing orders.

I don’t know if they have kindergarteners working there but on my doordash order, I asked for Ranch, sweet&sour, &Buffalo sauce. Pretty simple , I got Bbq sauce, & ranch. Also asked for napkins, gave me 3 napkins , what the. Lol
