Treble members constantly walk in front of, and ignore customers waiting to order at the counter. Service is slow and zero communication from the back to the customers waiting for their food. This store manager needs to stop worrying about their profit, hire more people, and worry about the customers. Where do you think your that profit comes from?

The people working here are idiots and always every single time I order here forget something. Ive had drinks, condiments, freebies from the app and recently my fries and nuggets. I ordered recently a happy meal with double fries and chicken nuggets. I only got one fries in my bag.. how do you forget the main thing and such simple orders Everytime it's not that hard? Looking at the other reviews I'm not the only one thats not getting their food and missing orders.

I don’t know if they have kindergarteners working there but on my doordash order, I asked for Ranch, sweet&sour, &Buffalo sauce. Pretty simple , I got Bbq sauce, & ranch. Also asked for napkins, gave me 3 napkins , what the. Lol

They are always so slow waiting 45 minutes for curbside or an hour in the drive thru is ridiculous. And when you've already payed in the mobile app you can't just leave without going through the hassle of getting a refund.

The Centerton McDonalds couldn't be doing ANY POSSIBLE WORSE than they have been for YEARS! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. TERRIBLE FOOD, no matter what time of day. Can't comprehend English but can speak it. ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE TO EAT EVER. You'd be better off eating from the dumpster at Casey's. Atleast they have a little decency for their customers.
I genuinely hope this place gets shut down soon! Yall are a disgrace to ALOT of other Mcdonalds that ACTUALLY do there job, provide excellent customer service, ensure accuracy with orders, and most importantly, the customer is taken care of when YALL SCREW UP EVERYTHING!

This place CONSISTENTLY screws up orders. Don’t leave without checking to make sure you have it all. Just a couple McNugget combos, not complicated. Didn’t get my fries, and not the right amount of chicken. Didn’t get my sauce, had to send the worker back to get some. How these people manage to remember to breathe astonishes me

Incredibly dirty. 5 employees sitting at a booth when the rest of the lobby has not even one clean table. The floor is greasy and slippery. The ketchup machine is broken. Flies everywhere. Someone call Dept of health on this place.
If you take someone’s money, START MAKING THEIR FOOD! Absolutely terrible drive through experience. There is no point in the app if you start making my food when I get there. And make me wait even longer than people who ordered at the drive through.

We got charged an extra 3 dollars for no cheese on a Sausage McGriddle. Someone please explain why it costs $3 to take the cheese off?? We asked and was told we were charged extra for taking off the cheese.

Besides the fact that half the staff was all taking a break at the same time, they messed up the order it sat there on the counter for 10mins plus, when looking for a table to sit at in one corner it fly heaven, when you find a spot and start eat in that frist bite get ready for salty heaven taste barely taste the burgers and the worst customer service and service here. nope not coming back here again the one off 86 exit is a lot better then here.
