Overall I would say it's on par with Wendy's... For reference, one of my favorite places to go is five guys.. and five guys is much better, imo

Muse was once a go to place for a good burger. A while ago their burgers were superior to most others in the category of “fast food”. I picked up two Muse burgers on the way home from work yesterday. They didn’t have the quality as before and it made my wife sick the day after. Not going back.

I really like this place, food and coffee are great! Last time I went, though, I was overcharged for the breakfast sandwich and iced coffee combo. Got oatmilk alternative but they charged me $17.50 for that one combo, no side items. And the menu price outside needs to be updated, too. I can see maybe $13 for that combo, but not $17. Some people who work here also give the feeling of being inconvenienced if you ask for anything different like an alternative milk or light ice.

The burgers always taste good. I have been to this location a handful and times. I every time the fries are never cooked good and always soggy/way under cooked.
This place is lowest of the low. The phone doesn’t work or they answer and hang up on you. You can’t order online the sever is down. So I drove there and 15 mins in line no answer on the driver through. It’s horrible that this place spent this money a failure.

Way too expensive for the small portions and tasteless burgers. This location doesn’t offer the full Muse menu. No chicken just burgers. The French fries are soggy, hamburgers are thin and small, and it’s a good $20 a person and more heaven for it you want a shake with your meal. So disappointed. Centerton doesn’t have healthy food options. I had high hopes but nope—-
