Wonderful all around menu! So excited to try every item after a few more visits. The service and food presentation was marvelous and timely. My biggest problem is choosing when every item on the menu makes my mouth water. The food truck park is always well maintained and kept with constant additions and upgrades to the various facilities. Recently i noticed some top notch trash receptacle upgrades which is a huge functional improvement despite my adoration for the former colorful fencing around the old bins. Great time of year to try food trucks while the weather is mild.

Panino & Co in Centerton Food Truck Park is a hidden gem! The Godfather sandwich was an absolute flavor bomb—perfectly toasted, loaded with bold ingredients, and totally satisfying. Their fresh Mango water was the perfect refreshing complement, bursting with natural sweetness. The customer service was top-notch—friendly, fast, and genuinely welcoming. This spot is a must-try for anyone in the area. We’re already counting down the days until we can go back!

I was delighted to attend the ribbon cutting of a new restaurant in Centerton. It was a joy to hear from the owners about their new adventure here in our area. Once I heard that they make everything from scratch, I had to try one of their entrees. I had the Porco Rosso. The entree was both excellent in flavor and it was a generous portion. Go give Panino & Co a try and let me know what you think.

I just want to start out by saying the bread from this place is absolutely phenomenal and some of the freshest bread I’ve ever had on a sandwich. Everything else was very delicious too, to the choice of toppings, to the flavor of the meat. The woman who owns it is also so nice and accommodating. I would recommend a hundred times over

Food was superb. Fresh made bread was fresh with the right amount of crunch. Absolutely loved the incorporation of Mexican flavors. The maya sauce has the right amount of sweet and a little kick to it. Will be back for sure.
