I hope the Centerton Pizza Hut delivers everything you order. Forgot the drink and insisted I take a discount on the next order. Had to get the GM involved to simply get immediate credit back to my card. Pizza was not made as ordered and cold by delivery. Do better Pizza Hut. Bring back the 80s deliciousness!!!! I love the Hut just not the Centerton location.

I place an order with pizza hut almost weekly but tonight I order more that normal so I ask for a supreme add black olives and what i got was a lil pepperoni and what I think was sausage along with narley any onion also which had no flavor and the crust was almost raw very chewy I will not be ordering the sane again.. plus whe the young guy took my pizza out of the oven he kinda missed the box and took his bare hand and touched the pizza back after he cut it .. I didn't say anything but the guy was sitting down on his phone didn't wash his hands before touching my pizza..im very disappointed

Made an online order for the chicken bacon oarmesan melt and got home and not toppings, lookrd at receipt and shows minus the toppings. I did not order that way because all I hit was the add, didnt do any customaztions. My email receipt and order confirmation screen don't show any modifications. Simply requested a refund for the lil $7 because I wasn't going back out. The manager, and I didn't catch her name, had a nasty attitude, kept cutting me off telling me I ordered it that way and refused to listen. Horrible customer service, will not be ordering from them again for that reason.

Left pizza at door no knock, it was cold. Peace of plastic wrapper in my pizza. I was really hungry too. I tipped 20% ahead of delivery wish I could get a refund for everything. Never go here again.

After what I experienced with my local Pizza Hut, I'm not sure if I can continue to be a Pizza hut customer. This obviously won't impact anyone at Pizza Hut or their bottom line, but I will at least feel that I'm not giving my hard earned money to a company with such poor customer service.
From delivering my order 8 hours early and sitting on my front porch ice cold when I got home to the store staff being condescending until I proved to them that they screwed up and then not taking any accountability, this experience had such a negative impact on what was supposed to be a nice Halloween evening for myself and my kids.
I'll be attempting to get into contact with district/regional management for this location since my store doesn't appear to have a GM at the moment, but I doubt I'll have much success.

Order a 2pizza deal for delivery. Got one pizza with no cheese. Called and was placed on hold serval times. Young lady on the phone couldn’t seem to find my order in her system or be able to take down my phone number after serval tries. Finally, she put the manager on the phone and he was snarky to my Wife, who had taken the phone for me, and only gave us the option of a credit or a new pizza. We will not be ordering Pizza Hut from this store ever again. I would advise any future customers to reconsider purchases from this Pizza Hut until its management and staff have improved the quality of their customer service and their product.

I haven’t had Pizza Hut in half a decade. Was so stoked. This was the worst food I’ve ever had. There was barely any cheese on the dang thing. It arrived cold. I fed most of it to a stray dog who probably has diarrhea now. I sincerely apologize to the Bentonville sanitation department for any dog diarrhea you may have to clean in the next 48 hours.

I ordered the New Yorker today. I used to work at Pizza Hut when this pizza came out. This is not the right crust and why all the seasoning on top? It tastes nothing like the New Yorker and more like thin crust (New Yorker is pretty thin but is made with different dough) and we were very disappointed. Over priced for a gross pizza.

This is how my pizza arrived. I asked the guy what happened and I couldn’t understand him. Last time my order was missing a 2 liter and toppings in my pizza, now this time pizza looking like this. They used to be not so bad, just my recent last 3 orders with them for some reason.

Send my bf inside to order food and stood there for a good 5plus minutes without being attended so I walk inside turn my head around the corner and there’s a worker sitting down scrolling on his phone, he cant work the register so he walks to go get the woman who can coming back smelling like a pack of cigarettes.

I always love Pizza Hut however my favorite pizza is the pan pizza,I don’t know y when ever I order a medium pizza it seems like the crust is so much better than a large pizza the large pizza seems to be soggy in the middle however I will never give up my Pizza Hut
