My order was completely wrong, the local store put me on hold indefinitely every time I called, and corporate refused to help. Will never use pizza hut again.
Edit: I was able to get someone on chat from pizza hut corporate. They said they have to go through the store management and I should hear from them in 1 - 3 business days to get a refund. All and all 0/5 experience

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE. If you order delivery, and they have no drivers they will put it in the door dash app and whatever tip you put in for the driver will be stolen by an employee. THEY WILL GET NOTHING FOR DELIVERING IT.

Not sure why this location is so inconsistent but I got some wings, fries, and bread sticks and the food was all messed up. The wings had virtually no sauce on them, the fries had a weird wet substance around the outside rim of the container and the bread sticks didn't have any of the topping on them and were burned.
Not the first time I've had the issues with the bread sticks or wings from this location either. Just save yourself the disappointment and order from the dominoes instead.

They don't deliver to the area I was in but they have their menus at the Wingate Hotel near the airport. So I got Domino's instead, that are in the same area as Pizza Hut. Maybe they will decide to actually deliver where they leave their menus someday.

Order a pizza and some garlic sticks got it delivered it got to me in a good timely manner and was still warm. That’s about the end of the positives went to bite into the pizza and there was little to no sauce and tasted like canned meat. The garlic sticks were bland and lacked any real flavor over all disappointment and don’t plan on ever ordering from this location ever again.

Stop stealing from me! This is at least the third time in a row that y’all have given me less than I ordered and paid for. I hadn’t ordered from Pizza Hut in over a year because of your stealing, but I gave y’all another chance, and y’all did it again!
Pizza looked good. Was.delivered in a timely manner. Not sure what changed in the way they make their crust, but it tastes terrible. Tried a New York style and thought that was their version of New York crust. Last order was a regular hand tossed. It appears they changed the ingredients for all their crust. I'll watch for new commercials saying they are going back to their original crust recipe. Until then, I'll order from another company.
I frequent this place at least once a week and usually the food and service are great but sometimes I'm disappointed when mistakes are made but on the whole they do a good job so I'll continue to keep coming.

They always have my food ready when its scheduled and I've never seen anyone be unfriendly there. Jake and the team really do a great job of making my usually rushed day better when I stop in to feed the crew. Only pizza place I use.
