Poor service and high prices. The person taking the order was rude towards me and said, "whatever," when I declined to pay 4 dollars for gravy to dip my chicken in. When I got the food, the chicken tasted like it had been sitting for a while. I don't usually leave poor reviews, but I was really surprised by this situation. I usually like popeyes, but this was my first visit to this location.

So slow

Waiting 20+ minutes for a $12 chicken sandwich as the only person in drive thru is just ridiculous. Criminal.

SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. I placed an online order. Went through the drive through, was told to park and it would be out shortly. 32 minutes later I went inside and said “I’ve been waiting 30 minutes outside after going through the drive through” all he replied was “name?” Then passed the order over, IT WAS COLD!! No sorry for the wait or anything. It was 4 pm on a Sunday with no people. This was ridiculous. They are always slow, and we just deal with it because the food is usually pretty good, will not be back.

Talk about a turnaround! On my most recent visit they killed it. This is the fastest this store has ever been. Everything was accurate. I'll be back.

This is specifically the one in Centerton, AR but there prices getting ridiculously high on top of them making everything way smaller has gotten outta hand. This was my go to place but not going back no more. Ordered 2 large fries and was surprised when it was about $16. Get home and they are practically empty. They made them smaller boxes like a year ago but now they give you nothing in them. The pic I added was when I got home and opened it up, this is unacceptable especially at nearly $8 a box now.

The last two times I’ve ordered on the app and came through drive through I have waited over 30 mins for my food. Had to come inside to remind them I was outside waiting.

I placed my order at the drive thru. Went to the window to pay handed him my credit card and was told it didn't work, handed him my 2nd card was told it didn't work, handed him my 3rd card and he said it worked. When checking the first 2 cards I was charged for the meals along with being charged on the 3rd card also.

The waiting is long. Not recommended. Be ready to wait 30+ minutes for your food.

I ordered lemon pepper wings. I received hard stale wings that was dipped back into the cooking oil. This is disgusting and unacceptable.
