I like the chicken and the red beans and rice but Popeyes has priced itself out of my range. Like several fast food chains the price isn't worth the food anymore.

I went to Popeyes to buy a chicken dinner about 7:30pm on Sep 4. I waited patiently for more than 15 minutes for someone to take my order. The person who takes the order was busy filling takeout orders. He keeps telling me that hecwill be will be with me shortly but he never came. The line was getting longer and longer. I walked out and went to Taco Bell. Two days before i came into the same Popeyes and ordered 3 piece chicken and a drink and they gave me only one side dish with the 3 piece chicken. They cheared me a side dish. This is happening here regularly. Every time I comecto this stone I b buy the same order. Last year, I walked out after coming to buy my 3 piece chicken order and was over 1/2 wait. Customer service is getting worst and worst each year. I have been coming to this Popeyes over 5 years and spend $13-$14 each time. On Sunday, the service is

Paid $31 for 2 meals… didn’t receive my side and the Dr Pepper they advertise on the cups taste like carbonated water. 👎🏼

Honestly I have had some of the worst food, and customer service experiences here. Not only being treated as a doordash delivery driver, but also as a customer! Terrible location, I can’t speak on other ones because this one has made me scared to go to Popeyes anywhere else!

The lady that helped me out was extremely rude. I was picking up a DoorDash order and when I asked for the customers drink, she rolled her eyes and ran off. 2+ minutes later she came back and practically slammed the straw and drink on the counter.

Whoever is the manager/owner of this chain, you guys are committing highway robbery. On August 29 around 9:45pm we arrived at the store and they already closed it even though it was supposed to be open till 10 pm. We went to dirvetheough, ordered for a 4 pc meal and asked for 3 center breasts and 1 thigh for which they charged 2 dollar more each piece, which is fine we paid. We picked up our order, and checked they gave us one breast and three small wings...we went back and asked again they lied through their teeth said they gave us 3 breast and one thigh. We pulled up at the window and showed them the order. It was the same guy that took the order and lied and gave us the wrong order. We asked for a refund, we got it, he wouldn't even give us a receipt and didn't apologize once. Will never come back to this chain again even though we were regular customers

Sorry for the low rating but the chicken tasted like 2 day old. Was more than extra crunchy 😩. Wish I could say it has improved but unfortunately it hasn't. 😕

Got there at a whole hour before they closed and they weren’t cooking anymore chicken and they were out of mostly everything ??? Might as well have been closed at that point. Person taking the order had an attitude too.

I have been to this restaurant twice in one week Tuesday and Thursday on Tuesday with our order there was two of us we asked for mustard we were told they don't have mustard and a person that came up and ordered at the counter after us asked for mustard and the lady said honey mustard or regular after they just told us they didn't have mustard The girl behind the counter had an attitude as if we were bothering her She was very snippy I feel she was rude She made us feel like we were not wanted as a customer we were not ordering fast enough for her which sort of annoyed her yesterday Thursday we went back we were the only people in the restaurant the girl at the counter again was extremely I feel rude again like we were bothering her we weren't ordering fast enough she kept asking more than once what we wanted where we ready we got the food and same thing the macaroni and cheese was dried out just like it was on Tuesday it had some kind of like a skin on it that we couldn't even eat we ended up throwing that part out The most important issue is the fact that they did not have any and I mean any air on in this restaurant they didn't have any fans on there was nothing coming out of the vents This restaurant was so hot the sweat was pouring down our face while we were trying to eat our food to the point of where my friend was getting sick because of the heat we could not even eat our food we threw a lot of it out and only took a couple pieces home with us because it was too hot in that restaurant and we were ready to pass out and you could not enjoy the meal the service was terrible again the macaroni and cheese was dried out This has to be one of the worst Popeyes that I have ever been to and I have been to many Popeyes from Florida where I live for 30 years and Popeyes is very popular down there all the way up to New York where I've also lived This has to be one of the worst Popeyes I have ever been to I would never recommend this Popeyes due to the fact of the employees being rude and disrespectful the atmosphere in the restaurant is disgusting it is so hot in there especially in the summer you should at least have a fan on have some kind of air circulation if you're too cheap to put the air conditioning on and if for some reason the air conditioning might have been broke at least let the customers know that the air conditioning is broke now I know why there was no customers in this restaurant I will never go back there again and I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone because I'll go spend my money where my money is appreciated where my patronage is appreciated and where I know the food that I'm going to get is going to be good and tasteful and not dried out it's a shame I could see if it would have only been once but twice in one week which means this goes on every day in this restaurant and that's a pattern and the public needs to know it do not patronize this Popeyes unfortunately it's the only one in around centerton I would rather drive to Siloam Springs to go to that Popeye's because at least that one is decent and it's cool and you can enjoy your food without an attitude or without the sweat dripping down your face

Service 👎 the staff was rude and they gave us wrong order I told them and they said that I need to pull over I did and when she approached to our car she said I’m sorry for the wrong order, but she gave us a bad look🙄 😏 I smiled and say thanks but she didn’t look at my face. Our fries were cold also the chicken tenders the tasted like cardboard. We never ever go back. Also it was like 10:34 so if they look this they are gonna know. They’re rude👎👎 wasting my money no way!!!

I have visited the restaurant multiple times, and the staff didn’t show interest. During my recent visit, I waited for over 20 minutes without anyone showing interest in helping us. After 20 minutes the lady working there asked us to go to the drive-thru to place our order. And she took the order form the customer who came later than us. This is not fair enough and rules should be same for everyone, very disappointing and disrespectful with the customers

Very rude when you ask for something different Because something’s wrong with food, they will actually roll their eyes at you just bad experience in general
