Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Ordered two combo meals in the drive thru for a total of $27. Got home 20 minutes later open the meals….no French fries, none. Also no catchup and no receipt. The place was not crowded at the time. In fact we were the only ones in the drive thru. Horrible experience. They wanted my name and number but I said we were only briefly in town. Last time I will ever go to Popeyes.

This location is top notch. Friendly staff and the food always looks fresh. Always a great staff

The manager cares more about employees wearing headphones than pocket knives. Chicken is always raw and pink. Don’t go here unless you feel like wasting your money.

Amy the manager was very rude and talked about my family right in front of us with the employee talking about us as well all because my daughter didn’t get what she ordered and politely asked to get the right order Amy then proceeded to talk loudly about my daughter causing her to become distraught and come back to our table embarrassed 1/10 service Amy should not be working around people

Guys I really hate to leave a review like this however at this point I think it’s necessary because when you spend 50.00 dollars on chicken for your family you want it to be right … I absolutely Love Popeyes Chicken … with that being said, more often than not at this location they give me old dried out chicken even if I request it to be cooked Fresh and normally I never have to request it to be cooked fresh at other locations I don’t know what is going on except they cook to much ahead of time so in the meantime I will just go to a different location … Please fix the issue so I don’t have to drive to another location

Always gives wrong order.. missing few items

Poor service and high prices. The person taking the order was rude towards me and said, "whatever," when I declined to pay 4 dollars for gravy to dip my chicken in. When I got the food, the chicken tasted like it had been sitting for a while. I don't usually leave poor reviews, but I was really surprised by this situation. I usually like popeyes, but this was my first visit to this location.

Waiting 20+ minutes for a $12 chicken sandwich as the only person in drive thru is just ridiculous. Criminal.
