We've always had a good experience here, great service and friendly staff. We come here pretty regularly and the food is always amazing. Best Indian restaurant we've been to. And everyone we've brought here loves the food too. Hoping to eat your delicious food soon.

We generally have had a good experience with this restaurant but today we went there and we saw that restaurant had a pen scribbled closed paper sign and the glass door was covered in paper. I am not sure if they are permanently closed or temporarily but it was disappointing to see the sign.
The food here is excellent, but the service is a disaster. They left the rice out of one of my carry-out orders. The next time I ordered, they left out the Chicken Pakora. There were only 2 items in the order. I understand that mistakes happen, but who can’t count to Two? Tonight I ordered Tikka Masala and Chicken Pakora for pickup, using their app. I immediately received a message that my order would be ready at 6:09. I show up to get the order and the lady working the counter says, “We don’t have anything you ordered. I tried calling you 5 times.” I take out my phone and there are ZERO calls. She tells me she refunded my order and acted like that was a satisfactory resolution. I like their food and I want them to succeed. But I can’t enjoy the food if I can’t actually GET it. They need to get their act together.

My family and I absolutely love this place. The food is amazing and it’s one of our favorite restaurants in the area. The staff are friendly and they always remember us and treat us well. We are obsessed with the food here.

**The Hungry Beard Review**
Wow what a great place for Centerton. Having experienced most of all NWA has to offer when it comes to Indian food, it's at the top of my list.
FOOD: Looking over the menu it has alot of the items we've come to expect from an Indian restaurant. Very good selection without an over abundance. I tried some dishes including the butter curry (with chicken) and the Tikka Masla. Both dishes are served with jasmine rice and buttered Naan bread, so no need to order separately unless you want extra. The buttered chicken had just the right consistency with touching on all the right flavors. All the dishes we experienced were right on point. I told them mild for one dish and medium on another. Both were exactly as i had asked. Uncommon in most places. I tell them mild its always hot af! I noticed some thali dishes being served so definitely check those out if you want to try different items at once. Definitely an A from me.
SERVICE: There was a bit of confusion when I walked in as to wether I should seat myself, but the hostess finally came before it was an issue. The front desk could be a bit more inviting. The server was great, making suggestions and always brought us what we needed. The back of the house brought the food out and they were very polite as well.
Ambiance/Seating: I thought the vibe and decorations were very nice for Indian cuisine.... and Centerton for that matter. You could choose to sit at their bar (which is inside and outside walk up) and seems to be well stocked up. It's actually a very nice looking bar. Some areas were covered up so I'm not sure how much additional inside seating they have, but some inside tables (nice chairs),half booths, and seating outside. The inside table we sat at for 2 was a bit small, when you consider how many dishes you are served and limited table space. Not much of a complaint from me though we managed.
Price: $$-$$$ I felt the price was on the average side of many Indian food places here for the meals I ordered, and with quality being better. You must consider the amount of food you are served, as well as the sheer # of ingredients it takes to procure alot of these dishes. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal here.
I love Centerton bringing in more food places, but we must support the ones that are good. Unfortunately those are far and few between. This is one to support. Save yourself the trip to Bentonville the best Indian food is here in Centerton.

I don't generally give or write reviews, today I am writting because of the waitress hard and patience.
She have given amazing recommendations and food was super delicious but I was surprised
Seeing one couple walked-in and she invited them and asked to seat themselves and gave menu cards and went to get water for them, suddenly the couple left the place without any conversation with her!!
Also surprised by reading other review,.

If I could give no stars, I would. This review has nothing to do with the food. The service was so bad. My husband and I went for his bday, sign says to seat yourself, so we did. The waitress there, walked up, we both said hi😃 because we both appreciate people who work in the biz because we both have for many years. She said nothing, had the worst look on her face, slapped the menus on the table and walked away. There was only 2 other tables there, 4 people. Guess she won't make much money, and I'd be surprised if they'd tip that type of service. And I'm guessing most of these reviews gotta be bots cause I chose this place based on that. We decided to just leave. We wanted to have a good night for his birthday. I get people go through things, but leave it at the door or pick a new job!
Restaurantji Recommends
Food was excellent. Our seating was not very comfortable, and we had to wait a long time for refills even after asking. That was tough since we ordered hot dishes. Would definitely recommend it and will go back often. The quality of the food made up for the rest.
