Wonder what they’ll do with this building when they close? Maybe I can buy their used microwave. Horrible, cold, premade food. Ribs were cold plate was hot, fresh out of the microwave. I think these were mashed potatoes and what looked like pale paste on them. They accompanied chicken fingers that had been breaded someplace far away, and days ago, from where they were warmed up. (Probably the same place the ribs were cooked.) Wife’s burger was undercooked. Where is the kitchen, anyway? There was no sound of a kitchen? Of course we were the only ones in the restaurant. But, there was no sounds. I think the microwave was in a store closet. And where there was one reviewer that said the place smelled of acetone, there was absolutely no smell. Shouldn't a barbeque joint smell like wood smoke. All the other Rib Cribs I've been in smelled of barbeque and wood smoke. Absolutely horrible meal. Not even good microwaved food. This place is as cold, sterile and flavorless as the food they serve. Any of the fast food towards Centerton will serve you better and be easier access than managing getting into the parking lot of this location.

The smelllllll. You walk in and the whole place smells like a bottle of acetone. (Nail polish remover). Its so bad it burns your nose. Employees say they work through headaches every day. They are on the verge of quitting because they are not even getting customers and the smell is not worth it. I was the only person seated at the time I went. But saw 7 families/couples walk in and make the face and turn around and walk out. I should've because after I spent the whole evening with a headache.

Food was great but the waitress we had (Bella) was absolutely phenomenal and I would say is the best waitress we have had anywhere in NWA!!
We went here at 3pm on a Sunday. We were sat down and asked for drinks. Totally normal besides them giving us a dirty booth. The important thing to note is there was not a single person in this building besides the workers.
Next thing you know: they have no food, they can only give us fried items. I came to the rib crib for RIBS and you HAVE NOTHING????
Anyways. Drinks were good so claps to the bartender but just a weird experience overall.

Ate with friends and we all got sauced ribs. Ribs were really good. Sauce was sweet. Mac n cheese had a great taste but the noodles were a little under cooked. Green beans were good too BUT the sides are very small portions. So the ribs were good but the meal missed its mark.

Been here when the first opened and was amazing the food you got for the price was perfect got plenty of food now tried it again tonight and the portions are way smaller I can finish a 2 meat plate and all sides and still hungry and for $18+ that is beyond ridiculous will not be coming back ever prices need to be lower for the lowsy portions you get.
