Went here 2 days ago for lunch, only my friend and I and a couple other people there. Service was good and most of all the food was good. The buns for our sandwiches could been a lot more hot.

I’m writing this review on a Wednesday after eating at the rib crib in Bentonville Arkansas the server was pleasant enough and I ordered the three meat plate with two portions of that being brisket when I got the bill I was charged $4.20 extra because I ordered the brisket and when I asked the server I said, where does it say on the menu she showed me on the menu and I was like you know as a good server you should appointed that out but she Didn’t Greedy, greedy, greedy

This is a review for curbside take out only as I've never eaten inside. We stopped eating here a little over a year ago as our orders were always either flat out wrong or missing something. Against my better judgement, we gave it another shot tonight and arrived home with the wrong kind of sandwich. The receipt stapled to the bag was correct but the food was incorrect. I didn't take the time to check my order and didn't want to return to the restaurant.

We had my son’s wedding catered and the Rib Crib of Centerton was amazing! Great service, great food, and the manager who took care of the entire process was very professional, thorough, and helpful. He made sure absolutely everything was taken care of so that we had to do nothing. We had people asking who the caterer was. Everyone at the wedding was impressed and I’m certain that they will be getting business from many of our guests.Thank you Rib Crib of Centerton!

The first thought that will go through your head when you walk into the establishment is are they open for business where they have a half built bar area with no alcohol bar stuff etc. at this time they do not offer alcohol but yet they advertise alcohol beverages on the tables, We ordered sweet tea, and it tasted like they used one teabag in the whole container. It tasted like sugar water. Some of the items on the menu they said that they did not have. descriptions of food on the menu is not what they bring out on your plate, It was all around a bad experience for lunch even after we left where my wife became nauseous. Not sure what it was in the salad she got… I was fine with what I got which was chicken wings but like I said the description on the menu is not what they brought out on the plate… The coleslaw was very washed out hardly any flavor just slaw… this is not the rib crib. We are used to like in Siloam Springs, Arkansas.

This Rib Crib got a whole new team and is no longer franchise owned. We had stopped eating there because of the experiences we had every time we went, but they are great now! Service was wonderful (they even ran and opened the door for us as we were walking in) and the food was delicious. Check them out if you haven’t been since they changed ownership.
Ordered takeout. Not a fan of their ordering system, you have to jump over to email to get your "magic link". I'd prefer just to order and not play this game. Brisket on the potato was burned. Crib Fire burger was missing hot links. Had to drive back to get the correct burger. Was hoping for better with new management, but nothing has changed. Won't be ordering again.

Since they reopened on 10/31 under new management I have been there twice with friends. The food is now very good. Prepared and served well. Manager also inquired if everything was to our liking at both visits. The new staff and management have made Rib Crib good again.
The service was lacking. The pictures showed a full bar. No alcohol sales at this time. The brisket was dry. The sausage was good. The bbq sauces all had something odd about the flavor. I've had plenty of bbq all over the country. This was just not it.

I placed an order for delivery last week after seeing they were under new ownership. The ribs were really good.. I was really impressed, beautiful smoke ring, fresh and juicy. I'll probably eat in next time I want some BBQ.
