Worst sonic I’ve ever been to. There has not been one time that my order HASNT been wrong. Tons of missing items, incorrect toppings, the list goes on. They couldn’t care less either. It’s the closest sonic to my house, but I’m thinking it would honestly be faster to go to the one in Rogers because I wouldn’t have to wait an additional 15-20 minutes for my order to be remade like I have to do EVERY SINGLE TIME at this location. And to think that I’ve tipped every time (I usually place online orders and then drive to the location to pick it up) and the whole experience is still terrible. It’s honestly astounding how much an order can be completely butchered… like how are we missing half the items in the bag?? and whoever is running expo just thinks “yep, this is good to go”.. because who in their right mind would double check that all the items were there.. I’ve worked in the fast food industry and I have never seen such consistent incompetence without any improvement.

Charge on my card was made at this location at 4:43am today, employee(s) must be stealing card info because the store isn’t open until 6am. And I haven’t gone to this place in weeks. Store manager claims nobody is there until 5am. Someone should look into this, that’s fraud.
Big Zaddy approves of this drive thru experience. Big Zaddy needs his protein + carb balance and they always work in a pinch.

Learn how to deep dry food. It’s pretty simple. Tater tots were hallow. Been in the fryer since breakfast. Corn dogs sucked. The batter was hard crust that turned into crumbs. Like how can you expect a kid or anyone to eat this rubbish? This place sucks

Not sure how many Sonics in this area everyone has been to, but this is the one. Other locations are eh at best. I have never have a bad experience here. They get pretty busy, but almost never have I had anything other than a normal wait time at the worst. Food is always fresh, customer service is great, and they are fast. Thanks for the great job you all do, makes the day much better. 🫡

Let's be real all sonics are the same. But this one.... they have the silliest geese and the best staff!!! If you're gonna go to a sonic visit this one. Food is standard Sonic food and quick!
Every friday I go get sonic for me and my family on my lunch break. Always good service. But today a manger came out and told me that my chicken tendors went out too the wrong vehicle and they were making fresh ones for me. I said no problem i'm a retail manager as well know stuff happens. I was just nice that a manger came out too tell me what was going on and that the problem was being

I’m not a regular on reviewing locations. If things are bad we just won’t return to spend any more money. Sonic is our go to for quick on the go breakfast and have had good experiences. This day we are in town for college softball. Ordered through the app, bacon burrito combo and single breakfast sandwich. I should have checked the order before driving off, got to my location and handed off the sandwich. Got a grilled cheese instead of the bacon breakfast toaster. So I have paid almost $5 for a grilled cheese sandwich! NO MATTER WHAT, ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER! I’m blaming everyone involved here, the Sonic locations owner, the locations manager, the locations cook, the locations car hop who handed me my order, and myself. Everyone has to do better! I’m sure you all might think it’s my responsibility to make sure my order is correct, I fill as though it’s a small percentage of the customers responsibility, the other 99% falls on the establishments employees, SERVICE! I did my part I ordered the meal and ordered it with zero changes. It should have been filled correctly and double checked before I received it, by the cook and by the carhop who loaded the bag to bring it to me. The place was not busy at the time only 3 cars parked and two in the drive thru. I’m sure someone received the breakfast toaster when they only wanted a grilled cheese, and let’s hope they could eat it. Can I get my egg and bacon please!
