Not sure how many Sonics in this area everyone has been to, but this is the one. Other locations are eh at best. I have never have a bad experience here. They get pretty busy, but almost never have I had anything other than a normal wait time at the worst. Food is always fresh, customer service is great, and they are fast. Thanks for the great job you all do, makes the day much better. 🫡

Every friday I go get sonic for me and my family on my lunch break. Always good service. But today a manger came out and told me that my chicken tendors went out too the wrong vehicle and they were making fresh ones for me. I’m not a regular on reviewing locations. If things are bad we just won’t return to spend any more money. Sonic is our go to for quick on the go breakfast and have had good experiences. This day we are in town for college softball. Ordered through the app, bacon burrito combo and single breakfast sandwich. I should have checked the order before driving off, got to my location and handed off the sandwich. Got a grilled cheese instead of the bacon breakfast toaster. So I have paid almost $5 for a grilled cheese sandwich! NO MATTER WHAT, ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER! I’m blaming everyone involved here, the Sonic locations owner, the locations manager, the locations cook, the locations car hop who handed me my order, and myself. Everyone has to do better! I’m sure you all might think it’s my responsibility to make sure my order is correct, I fill as though it’s a small percentage of the customers responsibility, the other 99% falls on the establishments employees, SERVICE! I did my part I ordered the meal and ordered it with zero changes. It should have been filled correctly and double checked before I received it, by the cook and by the carhop who loaded the bag to bring it to me. The place was not busy at the time only 3 cars parked and two in the drive thru. I’m sure someone received the breakfast toaster when they only wanted a grilled cheese, and let’s hope they could eat it. Can I get my egg and bacon please!

Went there yesterday, at 640 am, I ordered a large Diet Coke and a sausage croissant at the drive through, I watch the lady at the window fix my drink, the whole time she was arguing with someone in back. I could hear her arguing with someone her hands were flying in the air pointing to whoever it was in the back. My croissant in the bag was on the counter at 650, yet I still did not receive my order due to the lady at the window was still disputing with someone in back I waited till 705 to receive my meal … finally I was so frustrated with watching this dispute I left with no Diet Coke or croissant. ABSOLUTELY THE POOREST SERVICE EVER! Sadly I live less than 1 mile. I will probably go to the one in Rogers.

Just drinks today. But the service was fast and friendly. With no complications. The blasts (ice cream with toppings) were well blended and had plenty of toppings. Over all delightful.

We had a bad experience tonight when we got home with our order and the burger ordered was the wrong one, and the fry was half full and super soggy.

Called the manager and she made it right on both items. Every establishment makes mistakes, it's human. What defines a place is their ability in resolving the mistakes made.

Once the food was corrected, it was great. 🥰
