Don't bother going here they wont make youre food right they won't get youre order right if you get a grilled cheese burrito expect it to be stuck and the paper

Not even one star . How hard is it to make my order right. I asked for bean burrito with no onions and add rice. Did I get my burrito.? Nope.

We went through the drive-through at Taco Bell and waited an extremely long time for our food. When we finally received it, the order was completely wrong. We politely let the staff know, then waited again for the correct order.

When we received the replacement, one of our items was missing. We mentioned it, and an employee named Steven came out to “double-check.” The missing item was a quesadilla that had been smashed at the very bottom of the bag and was difficult to see because it was essentially integrated into the bag.

Instead of handling the situation professionally, Steven was extremely rude. He pulled the quesadilla from the bottom of the bag, said, “It’s right here—I know y’all are just trying to get free food,” threw the bag back at us, and slammed the window shut. This was an honest mistake on our part due to how the item was packed.

We attempted to get his attention again because of how inappropriate and disrespectful his behavior was. Steven then proceeded to flip us off with both hands.

Mistakes happen, but the way this situation was handled—especially the rude comments and obscene gesture—was completely unacceptable. Customer service like this ensures we will not be returning.

Extremely disappointed with my experience at this Taco Bell. The drive-thru employee, Jonathon, intentionally mocked my name and then argued with me, and rudely asked why I was still there after giving me my order. The interaction felt discriminatory and made me uncomfortable enough that I didn’t even trust the food I was given. This needs to be addressed.

Made a delivery order from here around 10. It took until past 12 for it to eventually be canceled, after 3 delivery drivers sat at the Taco Bell for over half an hour each.

I called them, wanting to ask if they were even open or just busy or what because it seemed nobody was able to pic up my order.

Someone answered the call, and immediately hung up.

So yeah, here's your 1 star review, since you all can't even handle a single order in 2, or answer your phone to answer a simple question.

Went through the drive thru around 11:00 on Saturday night. We ordered and paid for a #1 (taco supreme) and a bean burrito with added beef and no cheese, no onion and no red sauce as well as regular taco without cheese. What we got after waiting 40 minutes was a #1 with no sour cream, a bean burrito and a beef and cheese taco. Will never go back there.

This location is notorious for prioritizing drive thru and doordash , while searving guests cold food after waiting for 25+ minutes with an empty lobby. You only then get your order when you have to vocalize thier mess. Why does this location fall way under the bar over any other location?

I ordered my food and was missing half my order and not to mention the one thing I did get had hardly any mean or vegetables in it. When we called (multiple times), no one picked up. When they did and I told them my issue they hung up.

Ordered online for delivery, order disappeared, never got delivered. Told to call door dash even though my transaction was through the taco bell app. Not door dash, then they re order it, after a 20 minute phone call just for the store to cancel the order this time. So now we're an hour in, a 20 minute phone call, and still no food. And none coming, excellent customer service....

Nothing matters when they screw up your order, especially when the screw up is not something special you ordered, but not making the food the way describe it, leaving off ingredients they list as being in an item.

I have been shorted food items so many times here, I don't leave the window until I go through my whole bag. This evening was fairly frustrating, as I had to stay at the window and ask twice for the items I was missing. And then when I got home, I was still missing an item. I wish the kids working here cared a little more or the manager could help encourage them to be more friendly and careful with orders. I get it, but going here is now a frequent disappointment or a frustrating experience.

Taco Bell in Centerton is awesome. Not only are the drive thru staff cool, the inside associates greet you kindly when you walk into the lobby. Awesome feel!
