Super impressed with the service here!!! Wanted to give a shoutout to “Rachel”!! she was super attentive to my dairy allergy and very sweet about helping me find an alternative! Highly recommend!

They are very inconsistent. Today bought a jerk chicken wrap that they cut in half. The one half had nothing but chicken and rice, and the other half had nothing but beans and a few pieces of chicken. I bought this on my lunch break and have no time to go back to fix their screw up.

These guys are awesome and they know my order by heart now so I no longer have to specify salsa on the side. Thank you for feeding my addiction and being awesome while doing so!

Always quick service. Tried the drive thru and same there. I've had some smoothies that are a must but tried the chocolate coffee one and the sweetener in it ruined the flavor for me. The breakfast wraps are small but mighty, makes for a quick morning bite.

I went in there a while ago with some friends. I went to the counter to order but just kept getting looked at not even a just a min or hello was said. Then some guys came in and they got excited and said hello and took their order. I ended up not ordering anything because of the service

I really like the detox island green. Makes me feel extra healthy. All the food I’ve tried so far has been delicious and I’ve never had a bad smoothie. I normally order ahead through the app and it’s always ready by the time I get there. Always hot and fresh!

The food is good, the smoothies are awesome, and you can customize them to be really healthy, or more sweet. The wraps, salads, and quesadillas are really good too.

Vegetarian options: My daughter has been a vegetarian for years, and she's been able to continue eating here by selecting their plant based "chicken" on all her favorite dishes.

I absolutely love tropical smoothie. Yes, they took my favorite smoothie off the menu, but at the centerton location Madison makes it perfectly for me every time. If it was just her service provided being rated it would be 5 stars all the way across. Last week i went in and I asked for her to make my smoothie which she did with a great attitude and smile on her face, however, the person that started my smoothie got an attitude and flung the pitcher so hard it startled me. I don't know if it was because i reminded her that i had a specific person making my smoothie, or if she was frustrated over something outside of work. Either way i think she could've toned down her attitude.

I just moved to the area and have never tried tropical Smoothie before. I have Alpha Gal and can't do dairy either, after speaking with the staff I have had wonderful experiences ordering with confidence that I won't have a reaction. I have now been 3x and had great experiences every time. Will visit more often for sure.
