Why is my quesadilla COLD and I have NO SAUCE even though, my husband, was tols there was sauce. And the quesadilla wasn't even cooked.

Worst service the girl at window has the worst attitude and did not listen well when ordering. Recieved drinks there was no flavor for drinks!!!! Wasted 40 minutes will not be returning!!!!

Tropical Smoothie is quickly becoming one of my favorite places to eat. Prices are very reasonable, and the food is delicious. This is a sleeper in my opinion. I love the chicken pesto and Caribbean jerk wraps, but plenty of options for everyone.

We use to come here a lot and never had a problem. I don’t know if it’s new staff or something else, but recently we’ve only had bad experiences. The employees don’t communicate with each other about orders so there’s always confusion between the people in the front and the people in the back. They’re always goofing around or on their phones. We aren’t greeted anymore, or even acknowledged until we’ve been waiting at the register for several minutes. The last time I went in, they forgot one of our items so I went back and when I walked in the door I stepped on a peeled banana; it was as if they were having a food fight (also taking into account the tone/atmosphere). Today we went drive thru and they forgot one of our items again. I’m very disappointed in my experiences and the unprofessionalism of their employees. I will say that the food is always delicious.

They are extremely slow …on the bright side the food and smoothies are good and service is good too .

Nice clean atomphere been about 3 times every time I go they are friendly and wrap's and smoothies are very good my kids enjoy them and I love how you can add a multivitamin or other nutrients like vitamin c and whatnot to top already good smoothie off I would recommend 5/5

We were in on November 10th! The staff was amazing & super helpful & nice! I believe there was 5 employees wking & i would like to thank each and every one of them for being so nice & getting our food out quickly & fresh!

Super impressed with the service here!!! Wanted to give a shoutout to “Rachel”!! she was super attentive to my dairy allergy and very sweet about helping me find an alternative! Highly recommend!
