Brought in 12 teenagers tonight (Halloween) and I was anticipating the servers being annoyed by them but they were great! The cook and servers were working their butts off taking care of everyone. They did such a great job! So I wanted to say thank you to that team working at 8:00 PM.

I work here and I absolutely love everyone!! The regulars coming and being able to talk to everyone is the best part about the job. I love getting to memorize everyone's order and making a new family with all my loving coworkers!!!

I’m hesitated, leaving this review for quite some time, because I’m a huge fan of Waffle House. However, I’ve been at this location in Centerton, Arkansas several times and I’m finding that the last several visits have been consistently poor. The food is always good, but the restaurant is messy. Today’s visit was a Monday morning at 10 AM, and there were five people behind the counter and four customers when I walked in. I was customer number five. There were dirty tables, multiple tables, and the counters only had two clean spaces left which is where I sat. The menus were used as placemats so they were all sticky and dirty. They had not been wiped off. The seats all had crumbs in them that needed to be wiped off. There’s no way this all happened this morning, and I suspect they’ve been there for a while. Behind the counter floors were quite messy as was the rest of the restaurant, but there was finally one guy who was sweeping to clean up the floors. But he only swept behind the counter. One of the servers was trying to be humorous, but annoyed a family that came in by, refusing to put down their food until every person answered “who’s hungry?“ Which annoyed the mother and father a great deal. They talked about it when the server walked away. The servers were all very loud and bantering, which normally is not a problem, but they were complaining about the type of chocolate milk that was delivered, the payroll work that had to be done in the back room, work hours and things that I felt were entirely inappropriate for the customers to hear. One young lady kept singing a phrase of a song over and over again, at the top of her lungs, but never started nor finished the line and it was a bit grating. Saddest part about this is that this is typical behavior and restaurant cleanliness, even on the weekends when they are packed. Last time I came was a Saturday and I talked to the manager and she apologized and said she was working with staff. I normally don’t leave bad reviews, but until they clean up their act and improve their service, I’ll continue to eat at the Waffle House in Bentonville. It’s a much better, cleaner location, with friendly staff. I eat at Waffle House 3 or more times a month. Be better, Centerton location!

We ate here a couple of months ago and the cook was charismatic and fantastic! The girl that was serving not so much. She didn't say much and never even refilled our coffee. Tonight 11/7 was a different story. Same cook (pretty sure) and we haven't heard a peep out of him. There's an extra server tonight and the 3 don't engage much with one another. It's super dull and quiet here. Again, the girl had to be asked for coffee refills. I think we'll try the other Waffle House next time.

I've been in food service most of my adult life. I tried several times to give this place a chance. Cook came in and didn't speak/respond to any of his coworkers or my attempt to get him out of his foul mood. I didnt have a problem with his lack of social skills but when he made my food, he let it sit in front of him for a total of 8 minutes missing only my toast. Toast came up, he then put it on a order that he just finished (some guy they all know who came in 10 minutes after me). The cook then says pick up! My food was placed in front of me with no toast! I dont eat overmedium eggs without my TOAST! I said plainly, toast? Paid for the cold breakfast and left having to yet recieve toast after ANOTHER 4 minutes! Made complaint on Waffle house website and NO ONE CARED! Only time you can get great food at this location is when the cook Keith is there!!! So I'm here again in the morning with a totally different crew than the late night crew. Here mainly because the girlfriends kids wanted it. Guess what? Waffle came out no chocolate chips, scramble eggs no cheese. I believe the manager did all this on purpose because she knows I'm not high on their service!! Waitress tried as hard as she could. But they fired Jahnaia a great waitress!!

Always love going to Waffle House for breakfast. This is one of the better ones in terms of cleanliness and service. My husband said it was the best breakfast sandwich he'd had in a long time.

Made an order online several days ago. Not only was the service great, but my food was done on time, and it was absolutely DELICIOUS! I tried the hash brown bowl with sausage, as I’ve never had it before, but will definitely order it again. Will absolutely be back to this location!
Drive outta ya way to come to this one on the weekends-TRUST ME!!! Keith, Jahnaia and Maggie are the workers every weekend and they're so sweet.
My BF came in tn by himself and they asked him where I was but I stayed home cos I gotta work early?? they asked if I was okay and if I felt okay-baby Waffle House gonna check on me more than my doctors?!?!?! They smart asf and remember they clients. I CANNOT say good enough about Mr. Keith, Jahnaia and Maggie
They make conversation, Keith cooks my food EXACTLY how I Want it while Jahnaia and Maggie make me feel like a queen by refilling my drinks and being just the sweetest. (They even double-knot my take home orders) Even if I'm in Fay, I'm driving here for the good food on my momma!! Only Waffle House for life now (and if they find different jobs, I'm going w them, that's just how good the service is)
If you don't come here, you gon regret it?♀️? just saving yall some money
Vegetarian options: If you tell them (Mr Keith anyway) that you're vegetarian, he will respect you and make sure your vegetarian food won't even touch surfaces with meat
Dietary restrictions: The servers (Jahnaia and Maggie at least) will work with you on your recommendations AND advise better options as well as tweaking the menu for you WITHOUT SHAMING YOU OR HUFFING AT YOU/MAKING A BIG DEAL ABT IT (something important for me as someone w food restrictions)
Parking: They also have handicap parking!!!
Kid-friendliness: Everyone here is so sweet and nice to kids
Wheelchair accessibility: Very wheelchair accessible AND the employees will help you (Jahnaia Keith and Maggie, I don't know for sure about the rest, I'm assuming they would but I do know the late night weekend staff goes above and beyond)

Keith, Jahnaia and Maggie made Waffle House an excellent experience. I'm only going on nights when they work. I've eaten at restaurants all over the U.S and this waffle house has the best service ever. I never had to chase someone down for a refill. I didn't have to ask for to go boxes nor drinks they were brought straight to the table without question. I went in for a to go order and was in and out in about 7 minutes. These 3 are great at their job give them a try!!!!!

I went in and I like my fried eggs RAW. Keith is the only chef to cook my eggs the way I like, plus he talked to me about our hometowns(best chef ever)
JAHNAIA was my waitress, such a vibe, I wanna go back to the restaurant just to hang out bc she was so nice, so attentive, even poured up a to-go drink with my to-go boxes. Just a complete sweetheart.
Maggie process the transaction super quick, her hair was done super cute, she added such a vibe to the restaurant, overall Keith, Jahnaia and Maggie made Waffle House a magical experience. I'm only going on weekend nights when they work now!!♥️♥️♥️
