I hate having to use a kiosk to order. It was very difficult to see with sun glare. We had to get napkins and ketchup from another table as ours didn't have any. The food was hot, but the buns were dry and the lettuce was wilted and old. Had we been able to order at the counter, we all would have gotten cookies as they looked delicious, but it wasn't worth the time and effort to go back and use the kiosk again.

Dear management I want to give credit to Angelina. She provided incredible customer service and probably one of the best fast food experiences I’ve had in a long time. She made my coffee perfect with my breakfast meal. Her candor and overall positive energy made my morning start off feeling good! Keep hiring talent like Angelina.

Ordered food at 6pm on a Friday - no line, just me. You’d think that would make things simple, but apparently not. I ordered 3 Biggie Bags and a large fry, and they still managed to mess it up. Wrong burgers, missing fries. The staff looked and acted like they couldn’t care less, like they hated being there. I get that fast food isn’t glamorous, but basic politeness and getting an order right shouldn’t be too much to ask.

Chicken sandwich wasn't fresh like it had been sitting there for awhile asked for condiments got our order and no condiments or napkins burgers were kinda warm

Placed order 10 minutes before arrival I walked in and 6 employees were sitting on phones in the lobby. They said they didn’t know there was an order. They all went back to make the food and you could tell the food was left out for hours. The burgers were completely dry and fries were stale. I know they were I’ll not respond to this and I am wasting my time.
Avoid this Wendy’s, it is terrible!

Sherry the manager here got my order wrong proceeded to tell me that it was my fault and that it would be 4$ to get a large fry that should have already came with my meal. And then proceeds to laugh in my face. Worst service I've ever had truthfully. All over a large fry that costs 10 cents to make.

I love Wendy's but this one is slow. The staff are nice. The dining area usually needs attention. If you go in side to order you either use a kiosk or wait for someone to come from the back to take it. Not impressed with this Wendy's.
