Talked to Jenna ordered 43$ and some change worth of food, first went threw the drive thru and they forgot a strawberry lemonade, so I had to go back in and as I did the manager was on FaceTime on her iPhone and I could see the screen as she had another girl showing her boobs! However, I let it go and said nothing, kids will be kids! I got home to Highfill and realized that my five biggie bags were all messed up! The three biggie bag bacon double stacks had no bacon and the two biggie bag crispy chickens I asked for no lettuce and they had lettuce. Jenna said we have had a lot of false information about people lying and I would have to drive all the way back there for her to replace the order and bring back the food! It is now 8:59 pm at night and we have been out all day! She even knew my whole order as she repeated over the phone with her reading it back to me! I have never in my life had such terrible service! I own a reputable company in this area and would hope someone would tell me if my employees where not doing what was right! They have cameras all over this new store they should be able to see her on her phone the manager Jenna and see the nasty things going on, on FaceTime also the young female was also back over the counter eating sweets as she would be takes orders for customers coming in to eat! Hope this helps the franchise or owner of this business!

lol you could show up to this wendy’s with nobody in the line or inside the store and they’re still going to tell you to wait before taking your order. oh and if you think about ordering online first in hopes you’ll get your food a bit faster then nope! They are still going to make you wait 20 minutes before bringing it to you. i’m pretty sure every employee at this place literally HATES being there. you’ll never be greeted with a smile or any type of “customer service”. Corporate needs to come down to this wendy’s and literally teach these kids how to work a job. atp it seems they are intentionally hiring the most unmotivated people they can find and calling it a day.

I got there at 11, they close at midnight. I was the second of 2 cars in the drive through. I ordered nuggets and fries. Was told to pull to a parking spot, and then proceeded to sit there for 20 minutes!!! Once I got my food, I was excited and hopeful. Maybe they were fresh I thought. Maybe the wait was worth it. But no… the fries were cold. Not barely warm. COLD and the chick, for all I know could have just been sitting on the counter, for how cold it was. All around horrible experience and ruined my night.

Only digital ordering and all 3 machines not working. We left.

I'm not sure why it's so hard to get an order correct. You order one meal with no drink and you get a completely different order.

Me and my partner come here often since it’s close to our home and convenient. The food isn't terrible, but the costumer service is. I hate leaving bad reviews, but the last couple weeks it’s the same 2 teenage girls with an awful attitude. I understand fast food isn't the funnest place work especially since most of us have been there, but it doesn’t hurt to put a smile on your face and at least act welcoming. They constantly get the orders wrong and at times can’t count the money either. There was a time I had to re-ask for my order 3 times because they kept forgetting things and were rude about it each time.

Went thru drive thru for small 1$ frosty and a med for $2.39. They charged me over $5. I told them 3 times at window the we wrong. Finally after looking at receipt, which I had to ask for-they weren’t giving it without request!, and they said “oh, they pushed the wrong button”. So requesting my $1 and tax of .10 cents back…they would not give my tax money back! I wonder how many people are being innocently overcharged and the workers are splitting the dollar on every small frosty order??? I told them to keep my dollar and dime and I wouldn’t be back ever! I think they weee scamming customers on purpose! Beware of Centerton Wendy’s ! Check your receipts!
