Staff and service were great. Very nice menu and nice new location. Facilities and staff were very nice. There were lots of ribs options on the menu, but no ribs. That was a bummer. Oddly there was no brisket on the menu, but they actually had brisket in the back. Went with the brisket plate that had no published price. The brisket had a broiled fatty texture. Could have done a better job trimming the fat. Broiled fat is not pleasing. Prefer the fat to be smoke charred. Hot bbq sauce was not hot.

Some growing pains for their new location. Was told 20 minutes for a takeout meal, 50 minutes later it was ready. Hopefully next time will be better, and I can give them a better rating.
