The food was delicious. They aren't afraid to season their food like most places these days. Good southern cooking. Everyone was friendly too. So glad we skipped the chain restaurants where we were staying and went to Bendi's.

My husband & I stopped in at Bendi's for a late lunch on our way home to Missouri, and couldn't have more pleased & impressed with food and the service. That had to be the best burger I ever had, and my husband was pleasantly surprised at the huge & delicious fish sandwich he had. Wonderful place, highly recommended! Excellent! The food was fantastic! We had fish and BBQ both were the best ever. The onion rings were homemade and the slaw was good. Then we had to share some fried okra to top it off! Finished with Pecan Pie to go! Highly recommend

I enjoyed this small town diner!I ordered a coffee, Philly cheese sandwich with onion rings instead of the fries. All delicious, food is hot and serviced quickly.The coffee was not very hot and very weak. It's possible their main clients prefer it this way.The young man who took my order is so kind and pleasant. The staff is very friendly and polite. The restaurant and the ladies room is kept clean.I'm getting sleepy. Good sign of a good meal. Pay them a visit when you are in the area??

Food is good they gave me plenty when I got special , more then i eat , prices not to bad either .Went this past Saturday after bragging to my son , he got BBQ nachos and said it wasn't good at all , didn't look good either , he said it was obvious they microwaved the meat, said it had that over microwave taste texture to it and chips was soagy . I had got a cheese burger and it wasn't very good either . I guess bad timing to go on Saturday for lunch .

Everything was fresh, hot and very tasty! The amount of breading on both the fish and crawdad tails was just right and not overpowering the taste of either. The young man working the counter was personable and very helpful in assisting me with my selections. Food was out promptly and served hot. I'm glad my meanderings brought my path by Bendi's and I'll definitely stop in again!
