I was traveling across country and stopped at the Holiday Inn. I was very hungry and about the only restaurant I saw was Hardee's until I looked on Google and found Crossroads. What a pleasant surprise my New York strip was one of the best I've ever had. The sides were huge and so many to choose from. The steaks are as good as Chicago or New York. The next time I'm traveling on I-40 I will purposely stop at Crossroads. The staff it was great.
Usually pretty good but the last time we went they were having some issues. The volcano nachos change every time almost. We had the nachos and an order of mushrooms. My girlfriend and I had 9 drinks along with 30$ of food and it was 140. We're talking about a shot of redbull and a shot of grey goose. Over 100$ for 9 drinks total is excessive.

The food was excellent, the appetizer we had was the fried mac-n-cheese bits, and they were delicious!
For dinner, I ordered the grilled shrimp skewer, which was perfectly cooked and seasoned well. My girlfriend's grilled fish dinner was very tasty, moist, and overall an excellent choice.
