It took an hour and a half for our food that we didn’t even come to pick up until 30 minutes after it was supposed to be ready now they were nice about it but still no pizza should take an hour and half especially if people were coming in left and right getting there food

Their new team of employees is awesome. They are helpful and have friendly attitudes.
The interior is super clean and well kept. Staff are very friendly, the manager is wonderful, very nice, super attentive to your needs and always ready to answer any questions you have.

Called and ordered a large pepperoni pizza, had to repeat myself several times to the person taking the order. Get the pizza and its cheese I called to complain and request a refund the manager answers and proceeded to not only speak to me like I was a child but make me feel like it was my fault it was incorrect. They sent a new pizza out and refused to give a refund instead. Called them back to speak to the manager and find out I had just spoke to them told him I did not appreciate being spoken to like a child and he proceeded to tell me he was not speaking to me like a child in a very condescending tone. Not happy with this experience at all!

Stopped by there today 12/21/24 , horrible service and definitely an attitude problem at the pick- up window !! Didn't get his name but l won't be back !! I have spent hundreds of dollars there , service has steadily declined ! I suggest the franchise owner get a handle on his hired help !!!
