Delicious food! My family & I are passing through on our travels back home. Stopped for the night and needed some dinner, found this place. Food was fresh and cooked perfectly. Portions are huge, leaving with full bellies and extras! The city needs to come support this place, no reason we have found in our experience tonight why it’s not packed!
I've eaten at a lot of nasty restaurants but this restaurant really takes the cake. Our regular Mexican restaurant closed before we got to town today so we decided to try another one. Big mistake, McDonald's would have been better. We walked in, we weren't greeted first off, should have turned around right then but wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. My husband and I went to El Molcajete today after church. Despite the restaurant being extremely full, we were still seated quickly and a server was with us also quickly. The salsa was great and the chips were fresh and hot. It was a great experience overall. Our food came out sizzling (literally) and there were no mistakes. Very good service and food. Great place!
