The service was terrible. I had a code and told the boy at the front that I wanted an ice cream cone. He scanned my code and then told me the ice cream machine was broken. That took all my deals for the day. The manager Katrina lied to me. She said I would be able to use the deal again within 15 minutes, but that was a lie. I asked her if I could have a replacement, but another item within that price range but she refused. The deal was 50% of a cone if you had a code. ...read full review
The girl tending to the drive thru yesterday morning around 5am was fantastic! I'm sorry I didn't get a name but you just don't receive the type of customer service anymore, that she gave. Thank you and keep up the great work! 🙂
