Imagine an autistic 6 year old being so excited to order his own food, just for him to only get the words “biscuit and gravy” out before you rudely say “no.” And dismiss him (No other explanation) til dad leans forward and has to ask for an explanation! Just for you to again rudely say “don’t have that”) Then you’re rude toned and slam the tray down on the table. It’s a job for you, bad days happen, but to take out your frustration on a 6 year old? Pitiful.

slowest mcdonald's ever just waited 20 mins in a drive thru for an order i already payed for on the app, they don't know how to park anyone or pull them to the window their excuse was shortstaffed which just makes the managers and owners look bad. go anywhere else fries are almost always cold or taken out of the fryer too fast

Ive been to this mcdonalds multiple times in my life and it always gets stuff wrong but my goodness they switched my order in the drive through with some else's and I accidentally paid for there's luckily they gave most of my refund so that it made up for what I paid but still people at the drive through pay window should be paying more attention instead of talking with the person behind her. Which I did ask for a refund and they sorta acted as if I didn't want it or didn't even offer it. Not only that I was on a 30 min wait so I had to wait a extra 5 min for that at the 3rd window. Mcdonalds get your head in the game like goodness.

We always order the quarter pounder deluxe which adds tomato, mayo, and lettuce. They serve it correctly only 50% of the time. Today the order was again incorrect.

Chicken nuggets have hard peaces inside them and sometimes are brown, yellow, or blackish blue inside.
Fries are soggy and unfortunately never have much salt. Ozark fries have salt.
And every single time I ask no cheese they mark it no cheese and put cheese on it anyway even if I mention theirs a cheese allergy.
Some staff are very judgemental or just bad mood in general im sorry your having a bad day or think im complicated and you hate your job but please im being nice im a pregnant chemo patient with 2 toddlers I dont wanna be looked at like a freak or have your frustration took out on me.

Not top notch, but civil and fast. I been to some where they got smbd working there who kits out your mcflurry or puts extra chicken in - won't happen here. But they won't get the order wrong

This manager wanted to fight me jumping up and down acting like hes bulletproof. when i explained they got my order wrong. He tried to throw the missing sandwich at me. I was disappointed i started lol cause my salary is almost 3 times more then he’s. long story short i made him hand me the sandwich as i told him do it politely. Next we will reaching out to corporate. Thanks

Great tasting food as always. The service has been declining for five years now. This establishment, along with many others are removing the straws, napkins, and condiments from their lobbies. Saying that customers take more than they need. One usually has to wait for several minutes before staff members come to the front counters. All this automation is causing customer service to rapidly decline. It almost feels like some establishments don't even want customers to dine inside. Very disappointing.
