Great tasting food as always. The service has been declining for five years now. This establishment, along with many others are removing the straws, napkins, and condiments from their lobbies. Saying that customers take more than they need. One usually has to wait for several minutes before staff members come to the front counters. All this automation is causing customer service to rapidly decline. It almost feels like some establishments don't even want customers to dine inside. Very disappointing.

Ordered with app to pick up at counter. Order ready when I arrived and I asked for a side of tartar and received right away. Greeted as I entered and servers were attentive and friendly! Food hot and fries golden! 😋

Stupid that they make you wait for 20 min in line for the drive thru. The food is not worth the wait plus after waiting half the time your orders actually right.

I would not recommend this location. I had a bad experience with the staff member who served our food. They gave us the wrong drinks, and when I politely asked if they could take them back, I was told they couldn’t. They didn’t even offer a replacement. She then walked off from the car we were in and kept giving a look like she didn’t care. That’s not good customer service, and for the amount of money you spend for a drink, that’s ridiculous.
I haven't had a McDonald's breakfast in many years now.... So my only real negative for it is price. (Just like everything in 2024) The staff were really helpful and willing to talk me through my order, they gave me a decent deal for a decent combo. I got a steak sandwich combo which surprisingly tasted like actual steak, it could have used a bit more steak to it but throwing the hash brown in the sandwich kinda made it filling. Service took a little bit longer than I would have liked but like I said it was decent for what it was. Store was nice and clean but the sweet tea was terrible.

The girl working drive through on September 1, 2024 about 8:00am was very rude and snatched the money from my hand very aggressively .Don’t know what I did to be treated like that , But with workers like that u will lose more customers. Lost me this morning! I mean she was very very rude and hateful!! And I eat there several times a week and sometimes breakfast and dinner. But I’m over it won’t be back !!
They got everything on my order wrong. Large diet Coke, got medium regular coke. Double cheeseburger w Big Mac sauce they gave me bacon instead of Mac sauce. Large unsweetened tea got a medium sweet tea. French fries were the only thing they got right.
