Great tasting food as always. The service has been declining for five years now. This establishment, along with many others are removing the straws, napkins, and condiments from their lobbies. Saying that customers take more than they need. One usually has to wait for several minutes before staff members come to the front counters. All this automation is causing customer service to rapidly decline. It almost feels like some establishments don't even want customers to dine...
Ordered with app to pick up at counter. Order ready when I arrived and I asked for a side of tartar and received right away. Greeted as I entered and servers were attentive and friendly! Food hot and fries golden! 😋
I haven't had a McDonald's breakfast in many years now.... So my only real negative for it is price. (Just like everything in 2024) The staff were really helpful and willing to talk me through my order, they gave me a decent deal for a decent combo. I got a steak sandwich combo which surprisingly tasted like actual steak, it could have used a bit more steak to it but throwing the hash brown in the sandwich kinda made it filling.
