I've been coming here lately for a afternoon coffee boost to get me through my day. The first time I came there was a older gentleman working, his friendly customer service was great and he got my order perfect. But now lately it's been a younger guy when I come in, friendly but he constantly gets my order wrong, and more than just a couple times will try to charge me for two drinks when I only order one. When I've slowly told him my drink order for just one drink. Then stares at the register for 5 min trying to figure out how to give me a refund. I really do like Piney Bay Coffee Shop, I just feel the younger gentlemen with the longer hair needs to some more training in order taking and being able to give refunds when a mistake has been made.

Very cool vibe here. You walk into a small lobby with a very friendly host. Then into the back for some amazing food and drinks. Huge bar selection and great menu. I ordered the filet. It was huge and delicious.

Server really did not have his mind engaged. Didn't bring one coffee initially, then brought wrong order. Coffee was ok, but service below par. Could have done with some outdoor seating/ tables upgrades.

The barista was one of the worst I had ever encountered. He made me an iced earl grey when I ordered an iced chai tea. I told him I had gotten a chai tea so he brings out a hot chai. This is on top of the fact that he took to making about three coffees before taking my order. The barista needed caffeine more than I did. The tea is alright but there are better coffee shops in town. They even have better service.

Bad customer service. The one employee working there didn't acknowledge us even once. We were waiting for 20 minutes. He was in the back most of the time. Walked past us multiple times without greeting us. Then after coming from the back he took the order of other clients who came in after us. Without asking who came first. And he clearly seen we were waiting for a very long time. It's like he didn't want to serve us on purpose. A simple hello I'll be with you folks soon would've been nice. We walked out since he took the other clients who came in after us first. No acknowledgement at all like we were ghosts. What a waste of time. Super rude.

Delicious coffee! The cold brew here was super well balanced and bright. Coming from NYC, the coffee here was as good as my favorite NYC coffee shops. ? Cute outdoor space with great wifi for working, too.

This past weekend my son got married at a venue near Clarksville, and with the event, we fed the wedding party breakfast at the coffee shop, which was terrific. With the comfortable element of the shop, everyone was relaxed and enjoyed the breakfast buffet put out by Sarah and her crew. At 9:00 a.m. the coffee was luke warm. I sent it back and waited for fresh brew. Slim food options. I settled on bagel and cream cheese.Grocery store quality with only regular cream cheese. Fresh brew was much better. The building is interesting.
