My 98 yo mother and I ordered chili dogs. The hot dogs were not cooked thoroughly ( if at all). After eating we both got violently sick. This is second time I've gotten sick after eating at the Clarksville sonic. Never again.

Pushed button to order and the first words were. Next time you see me cleaning pull to the other side of the restaurant. I parked 3 areas down from where he was hosing off. He was very rude. He asked what do you want to order. I replied nothing!! I will not go back.

i payed full price for a large onion ring and got what i would say a size small and they were hard as a rock. now i work in the food industry and ripping people off of there money isn’t funny. i understand i made an order close to closing time but the food should still be served correctly. i will say that the employee was very sweet though

We made a mobile order with three drinks, two route 44's and a mini. I made the order at 7:03 and it said it would be ready at 7:09 we checked into the parking spot at 7:05 and we waited…… And waited… And then finally at 7:25. I pressed the button and asked when it would be coming out. She asked for the name And when I said it, she said yes, that checked in it will be right out. It's still took five more minutes.

8/24/24: Tried again since Sonic is a good place, but our town always seems to have the worst service, they run workers off instead of training them properly I guess. Pressed the button on 2 different stalls and no one answered. I have an online order that I need to pick up and the workers walking around kept ignoring us
Original review: Ordered at 7:59, got our order Wrong at 8:35. That's how long we waited on food from our local sonic, which they seemed to cancel on the screen and refused to answer the light so I had to call. Then our order was wrong. Tried telling someone and then they finally brought out 1 of the 3 missing items.. order was 75% wrong to begin with. Shitty management and ownership has made this the slowest worst sonic since Paris Hilton worked in ozark. I don't blame the kids working even if they were rude, because they were poorly trained.

I always came here for my Sonic blast where milkshakes 90% of the time the Sonic blast machine or ice cream was always down. Very disappointing but I still came and always tried to get my Sonic blast. I haven't been come for a few months. I've been going to the new dairy Queen and of getting my ice cream there. Last night went there. Ordered two Sonic glass at the location. Clarksville Sonic, I saw that they upgraded their drive-in menu machines. I don't know what you want call to call them. That is a very positive upgrade. I like a new Drive-In menu machines. The waitress was very pleasant. Delivered my border in a timely manner. Very quick compared to all the other times I want. Plus I was expecting them to say that the ice cream machine or the Sonic blast machine was down but it wasn't. I'm not going to say the waitress name but excellent job. Very big positive experience. So I hope that keeps on going like that and I will continue going to get my Sonic blast or my milkshakes. The time I went was in the evening hours. Maybe that's the best time to go or maybe the whole store went into a positive change in the last few months. So I would recommend going to the Sonic in Clarksville as long as they keep up the good job that they did yesterday evening. And my Sonic blast. Both of them were the best I've had. They didn't skimp on my blast on either one of them so I left a very nice tip. As I say, I will continue to recommend this place as long as the service that I had continues. Thank you to the employees last night who made my order? Excellent. Like I said, I'm not mentioning any names from the store but great job

Went to the Clarksville Arkansas location tonight. As I was trying to order the lady receiving my order kept asking me to repeat everything I said. So I shut off my truck and repeated that I was ordering a strawberry cheesecake shake. She then blurts out that it's not available so I asked for a sweet tea. She then repeatedly asked what I was ordering again. (There were no loud noises). As if it wasn't enough to have to repeat every single thing I said over and over again, the other employees in the background were mocking me. So I blurted back that I would just take a sweet tea. Then I hear another employee (in a smartassy way) say "Oh, she's now changing it to a sweet tea!" I wasn't rude to these people. I always order sonic at this location. But I tell you what it was super hard to keep my mouth shut and receive my order. Those folks you have working in this location are rude, smartassy, and definitely not professional! I'd also like to add that when I got home to eat my food I found HAIR IN IT!! Maybe it's just coincidence but it's hard to make myself believe this.
