Just stopped at the Sonic in Clarksville Arkansas, had a hard time getting them to understand me but once I finally got my order which was a chili cheese Coney combo well the hot dog was horrible something was wrong with it I tried calling multiple times with no answer AT&t voicemail thing picked up but you were not allowed to leave a message.

Curtis made our visit! We are from TN and in our big RV pulling our truck behind us. We were looking for a Sonic and found this one. As soon as we pulled in Curtis ran to the truck to tell us that something was very wrong. Our trailer had broken and we would have had an accident on the highway if Curtis wouldn't have seen the broken bar or taken the time to tell us. He helped us find the local hardware store too. We are eternally grateful to this incredible person! He always had a sweet smile and he was so kind. Thanks to sonic for finding this incredible person!

The employees are incredibly rude and condescending. They scan off multiple tickets to keep numbers down and then deliver the food whenever they feel like it. I waited 10 minutes this morning for a large drink. I had to call in to get them to bring it out, as usual, and the male employee who answered was extremely rude. I have many years in the restaurant industry so I can say with confidence that this is a very poorly ran restaurant that desperately needs new management. Don't waste your time, just go literally anywhere else and be treated loads better!!!

Waited for 30 minutes for a large drink, literally nothing else just a drink!! As I watched everyone around me get their stuff and drive off, after 30 minutes I asked the sever how come the person that just pulled next to me got their stuff already when I only ordered a drink, he was very rude just replied with I don't know I'm the only server. Well by common sense if you're the only server you should know exactly where the food is going to next, he said it might be sitting there ready. So I told him he could keep it, nobody wants a watered down drink!!! Will never come here again. We should petition this place to get closed down and get a burger king!!!

I’m rating it 3 stars Bcs half the time you get good food at a somewhat reasonable time and other times like today when I ordered I got my food 20-30 minutes after ordering and it was all cold. We got a burger, fries and mozzarella sticks. We waited around 15-20 minutes and it finally said it was ready and they were gonna come out with our order and we watched for another 10-15 minutes as people who got there after us are served and we start to wonder if maybe they forgot our order or accidentally served it off. Well it finally came and it was all cold. The fries were stale. And when I say it was cold I mean it’s been sitting out for a while and is no longer at least somewhat hot. Like i feel like it was sitting out for those 10 min before they finally actually brought it out. And this happens a lot. I don’t mind waiting when they’re busy or they’re waiting for fries to come up or mozzarella sticks to come up or I even heard they make the burger as the order comes but this definitely doesn’t feel like the case EVERYTIME. I just wish it was more consistent because I actually really do enjoy their food but I enjoy it alot more when it’s actually warm-hot.

3/12/24 Time 8:18pmOrder #1 with bacon.Relieved - Cold burger if you want to call it that. Bacon was black completely and was crumbs that totalled less than a dime. Looked like they wiped the spatula on the edge of the bun. Because it was on one side. Bun was crumbling and the entire buger looked as though it was leftovers.My wife ordered - Hickory w/ cheese, no Mayo.Received - Onion rings that were broken up pieces like the bottom of the bag. Hickory burger, no cheese, added pickles, added tomatoes. It was soaked inn Hickory sauce.We had been traveling all day and decided to go there because we do not have a Sonic within 200 miles where we live. Also, we wanted to sit outside at the tables. We had already tipped the car hop 5 dollars. We ask the manager to please come and speak to us about the food. A very rude girl/ ? came out with escalated voice. My husband ask her to compair the food in front of him to what was on the menu! She replied, "I'm not looking at that picture because that's FAKE FOOD! I AM NOT REFUNDING YOU BECAUSE YOU POURED THE TATOR TOTS OUT ON THE WRAPPER, WE CONSIDER THAT AS EATEN. YOU CAN LEAVE IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT. " Keeping in mind we are sitting in the middle of the food court. She was really being rude, raising her voice, and grabbed the meal off the table because she saw my husband trying to take a picture. My husband as for her name and said , " I will call yr boss or owner about your food and rudeness." She replied, "CALL I DON'T CARE!" She walked off yelling.Omg, we just got yelled at because they served food that was, horrible. That stop and mistake cost us, $20.97 plus 5 dollar tip

Ordered a sundae. Actually ordered two. Wanted to pay with two different cards. Paid with one card, and out came two sundaes. Was waiting to pay with the second card, and out came another sundae. Worst sonic I have ever been to in terms of quality and service. Order a hotdog they will give you a corn dog, order a vanilla coke. It will be so full of vanilla syrup you can't even drink it. Order strawberries in your drink, they will cut up a single strawberry and throw it in there. Ever order a cheeseburger just to get no cheese on it. How about the fact their still giving out wacky pack toys from months ago. This location is a joke and need to be either shut down or a complete revamp of everything including crew. Keep driving on by this sonic you will thank me later.

I love Sonic, love their burgers, ice creams, and shakes, everything was good in my last few visits, if it wasn't that for some times, they are out of certain items,I would give a 5 ⭐ review!It doesn't mean I stop buying food here.
I don't know if they just have a better day crew now or what, but it's so much better than before lately. I always have gotten strawberry limeades for me and my mom, and she did the same when I was a kid. Sadly, we had to stop for a while because it was made wrong many times. We finally tried again, and it tastes like a wonderful mother/daughter memory brought to life. Then my car hop was so sweet. Kayli actually struck up a conversation and didn't seem like she just wanted away. As someone who gets nervous about bothering people, even at their job, it was really nice. Happily going back to this location next time.
