it's good and tasty food for being the first time of me trying it was great but on the down part is that I over herd they are shutting this restaurant down couse of slow buisness that's sad to know I've traveled through this area for many years I never knew that this place was here but it's great food

Came to Steak ‘n Shake in Clarksville, AR. Terrible service!!!! Out of chili, discontinued, but still all over the menu. Ordered steak dogs and we’re out of buns, so the steak dogs were served on sandwich bread! Yuk! Also, one person in our party ordered a Royale burger and wasn’t asked how he wanted the egg prepared.

First of all, the location leaves something to be desired. Placing my order at the drive-thru was stressful to say the least. The employee could not accurately repeat my order after multiple attempts. The burger I requested with no cheese appeared to have the cheese scraped off. Drink order was wrong and everything else was less than desirable. I should have checked reviews first. I have not experienced a Steak 'n Shake like this in the past. Horrible!

For being connected to a convenience store it was surprisingly good quality with speed and freshness on par with stand alone Steak and Shake's. Would recommend for a quick stop. It's right off the highway and easy to get back on your way.

start over with exciting and sincere employees who are Service and Hospitality oriented! Very rude, poor service, and dirty. Dead flies lie along the window sill and the pane glass is filthy. Disgusting to say the least for a restaurant!

What to say about this establishment... I came in with my friends for some hearty road sustenance, but found so much more. The cashier was possibly intoxicated, which is fine but he oodled at my friend for a little too long and therefore delayed our food consumption. While on the topic of food delay, all of our orders were served out of order and with very little effort shown. But maybe that was due to the lack of cheese available in what seemed to be the whole county. The entire facility was also in need of a good scrub. There was chaw on the urinal (used) and the indoor & outdoor areas comprised a menagerie of scents ranging from Monroe zoo to mad scientist laboratory. The Dove eggs were dusty for crying out loud!! On the upside, the cashier at the gas station portion was very nice and the writing that gilded the ceiling was pretty comedic. The food was greasy but nice. Honestly, it was a good time, but I just wish there was a bit more effort for the consumer.
