Fresh food. Boy, is it a topic but is Subways food up to the hype?
Firstly, the food. When I come, I get a footlong chicken and cheese sandwhich on wheat bread, toasted. The meal is crunchy, hot, and incredible. The bread gives the sandwich that perfect crunch it needs, and then, with the hot grilled chicken with melted cheese, it creates a mean combo with protein and savory flavor. And most importantly, IT IS FRESH AS THE COMMERCIAL SAYS. The food is easily a five for me.
Secondly, the service. When I walked in there, one person was in the whole shop. I mean, come on, Subway, you can't run a business like that. However, I got the most cool worker. This man didn't get a single thing on our order wrong. I got 4 sandwiches, and it only took 5 minutes. However, it still would've been way quicker with more than one person. For these 2 reasons, I'm giving the service 3 stars. The man I got really makes up for the lack of others.
Third, the atmosphere. It was nonexistent. The place was a dead zone. No one else in the entire place, no music, no fun, notta. Without question, this is the worst atmosphere I've ever seen.
Finally, the price. For 4 people, it was 40 bucks. 10 Dollars a person. This is horrendous. I mean, 10 dollars for a sandwich I could make at home for 2, this isn't a good idea. And it's shown, as almost nobody comes because of the price. Plus, I can only come once a month, or otherwise I'd run out of money.
In conclusion, I would only come because of the food. LITERALLY IT. If Subway lowered the price by a few bucks, had some sort of atmosphere, and anyone besides a singular person in the store, then maybe I would come regularly. But sadly, my wishes won't be met, and I have to settle on 2 stars for a place that used to be so great. I really hope Subway gets it together!
I ordered at one expected to have my food at 130 I ordered on the app it's 152 ATM if they can't make the times they put on the app my wifes break is over and I still waiting for our food I would have got food somewhere else had I knowen it wasn't going to be on time

This Subway has a habit recently of cutting the sandwiches after they are wrapped. This puts the paper inside the sandwich and makes a mess before you can eat it. They left off the lettuce which was the only veggie asked for. Plus the restaurant wasn't participating in the BOGO national promo. Very disappointing in the last few months.

Learn to made a sandwich. Toasted means some cheese is melted. You don't have that much meat to keep it cold. Marinara goes on a pizza sub. Routine doesn't flow toomany hands and nobody communicates. Worst subway I've been to

I do not recommend online ordering through the app. Every online order I've made has been incorrect and when supposed to be toasted has been cold. Ordering in store has been fine.

My review would be better, if someone would answer the phone instead of just pulling the receiver off and forgetting about it. I tried calling for over 30 min about 25 times I tried. First it just rang and rang then it was busy for at least an half hour or more got frustrated and husband had to just go in and order which made him, REAL happy.

I will not eat here again. Every time I go to this subway it gets worse. The REFUSE to carry any bread but white or wheat, and NEVER have any of the correct meats or vegetables you want.If you want a ham and cheese on white or wheat bread this store will be fine. Anything else, too bad.

Definitely the best Subway in Clarksville, I drive out of my way on my 30min lunch break to eat here. The employees are always happy to serve with a smile, the ingredients are always fresh and the sandwiches are made with care. Keep up the great work Crawford St. Subway :^)

The worst subway I've ever been to. They didn't have meatballs thawed out so I couldn't get the sandwich I wanted. Also did not have cookies and told me it would be 25 minutes to make them. Service from the employee was horrible. She acted like she didn't even want to make my food. Music was to loud so it was hard to communicate. All around hated the experience

Ordered today, over 10$ for 2 skinny foot longs rolled so tight it was crushed and saturated in sauce. 2 teenage girl working where kot very polite no smiles and clearly with the way this was done do not care about their jobs. If I could have given a negative star I would have. Very disappointed.
