I do an online order almost everyday for a protein bowl. Jenni the manager is AMAZING! She goes above and beyond for each purchase I have made. I think it's pretty awesome customers service all the way around! I appreciate each visit which is a rare thing these days!

I come in every single Tuesday while I am in town. I have followed Crystal, the new GM, from one store to the next. She makes every environment welcoming. Her crew seems to do a great job and respect her. I have watched them in action over and over. Love the pizzas! Keep up the good work!

The morning crew girls are the best. I am not sure about the evening I'm never there during that time. But those two are doing a great job during the day time. It's usually swamped with people and just 2 ladies working to handle it all. Good job, subway!
The staff was fun and the two ladies up front were very sweet this morning. I know one was the new manager and another blonde haired lady named Kim.. They treated us so well and our food was made fast and tasted great.

When you plan to eat a healthy sandwich and you know you are going to spend well over $10 on just one then you expect to have fresh quality food. I am so disappointed with the way the produce looked and smelled. you know its not fresh if its brown and weltering or soggy and you know something is off when you don't have bread to offer your customers. do better!! if you wouldn't serve it to your family then don't serve it to the public.
Placed an online for 4 sandwiches at 4pm, to be ready at 5pm. Got there and had to wait until 6:15 for them to "get time" to make them. Called the manager to complain about the 2 stressed out teenagers that were working and was told that they are short staffed and it was "unfortunate" that I had to wait so long and it is procedure for their to only be 2 workers. During a weekend and it being a buyonegetonefreeevent, you would think that they would have had an extra person to help the obviously young, stressed boys that were working.

Food is good , the workers are lazy. Can’t get the place to ever answer the phone, the last 3 times I’ve came I’ve ordered a pizza online and paid for it and it takes them over 45 minutes when they say it’ll be ready at a certain time. Hopefully they hire people that want to work and not look twacked out.
