This place is a joke. Getting anywhere here is like the shake machine at McDonald's working. It just ain't gonna happen. 10+ years fast food experience and certifications. But the high schooler who has never had a job and won't soon got hired...? Never again...job or food. Never will from there.

023. I should have done this sooner. I still do no not find the seating comfortable BUT... money talks. I can easily find food I like on the value menu, I can almost always make the happy hour pricing from 2-5 pm. They have an ap if you hate waiting. I do still use take out but go inside. That way I am sure to get my 10% Senior Discount and I can have minimum ice in my mango tea.And of interest to some people, the restrooms have always been clean.~~~Still the same Taco Bell food and prices that I do appreciate but remodeled with a "nightclub" décor that I find entirely too dark. Not enough seating and what there is isn't comfortable. I now only use drive through or order take out. If you want good wifi go to Subway or McDonalds. Or continue on I-40 to Ozark for a more pleasant Taco Bell experience, with KFC at the same counter.Features: No pandemic restrictions in effect. Fully staffed and very plesant personalities.

e went to the drive-through at this particular Taco Bell at around 11 o'clock at night. We would've gone to McDonald's but they were having staffing issues and wouldn't be open until 4 AM. In the drive-through we ordered a steak quesadilla with a medium Mountain Dew Baja blast two beefy five layer burrito with no sour cream and extra nacho cheese, and three nacho cheese DLT's with no lettuce with a large Mountain Dew. We wait until it's our turn in the drive-through and the lady I'm assuming her name is Amanda W, because that's what it says on my receipt, had issues from the start. Once the issue with the card was resolved, she then hands me our food which I hand to my passenger to check she checked, and my nacho cheese DLTS had lettuce on them, while she was looking at my tacos with lettuce on them, the lady in the window had handed me my drinks which had been wrong. I was handed two large Baja blast when I had only ordered one medium Baja blast's OK, the size problem isn't that big an issue, I'm not paying for it you know but my other drink wasn't correct and she tried to fight me about it and then I bring up the fact that my tacos had lettuce in them and she got all defensive and she's like well, I didn't hear it so you couldn't have said it even though everyone in the vehicles that I said it. Now I've eaten this from the Taco Bell quite a few times in the last couple months and I get my steak quesadilla every time this time there was hardly any cheese and meat on it, they also didn't slice it like they normally do. Ridiculous. Oh, and guess what else my burrito had sour cream in it even though the receipt says no sour cream, and no extra cheese, which means they heard and charged me for.
