we seldom eat fast food but had been hiking dec.24 so stopped at Wendy s. it was spotless, with beautiful decor (even real wood tables). the staff,understandably could have been alittle off having to work a holiday. but we didn't sense that at all. they were very well-groomed, kind, polite and efficient.

This is the best Wendy's. The guy that's always at the window is friendly and they always get our order right. Very rarely are the fries or nuggets not right out of the fryer. If they steamed or toasted the buns on the small burgers, that'd be nice. When you go to a Wendy's, you have certain expectations. This location always meets or exceeds those expectations.

The food was cold . Cashier was busy talking with someone. The only thing I can say is never again will I stop at your place.
I got 4 baked potatoes and they was disgusting. Cold shriveled up and the white part of potato was dark brown. I wouldn't serve my dog that!! They should be ashamed to give that too anybody. Never order baked potato from there. I had to repeat my order 4 times and when I got to the window the girl had to ask again what I ordered!! Crappy burnt food!! Don't order no baked potato here.

When waiting in the drive through, My wife and I saw a team member taking out trash, while still wearing food preparation gloves. As a guest, I have no way of knowing that he washed his hands and changed his gloves when he went inside to make our food. Food safety is crucial, and I feel like it is not being held in high enough regards.
