So I'm in the drivethru with my wife and we order and pay everything is fine till the car behind us starts honking non stop obviously me and the employees are confused until they look at the car telling me it's there boss and that I have to pull up. Now for one is that anyway to treat your customers both the honking and forcing me to get out the way, second does this mean I can just honk to get my way at Wendy's or is that just for him? Third THATS YOUR BOSS HOW DOES HE HAVE THE JOB TREATING CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT. Last, I have panic disorder and the honking non stop has set that off leaving me dizzy, and yes, pissed off. So thanks for the terrible experience👌 hope your boss gets fired for this.

Food is always good, always quick, and usually correct. I've never had bad customer service here either, though sometimes the drive through has trouble hearing but that's not anyone's fault.
What I will say though is the manager on duty here needs to learn how to talk to employees in front of customers. Two different visits the same manager lady has loudly reprimanded an employee in front of customers. Correction should be given but yelling at your employees in front of customers doesn't make the restaurant look good and it makes everyone feel awkward to be there.

Drive thru was excellent! The people that were working the windows were so nice! The food was very fresh (went during lunch time) so overall, great store!

Went through right at open ...potatoes were cold and now to find out that wendys changed my favorite honey butter chicken biscuit to a nugget patty instead of the original chicken breast. Will not be back to any Wendy's now.
