Couldn't get any service at front counter then just get stared at then a lady a customer comes out of bathroom says have you ordered yet said no she said im just getting a chocolate shake they took her ordered.....walked off so no lunch .....

I got 4 baked potatoes and they was disgusting. Cold shriveled up and the white part of potato was dark brown. I wouldn't serve my dog that!! They should be ashamed to give that too anybody. Never order baked potato from there. I had to repeat my order 4 times and when I got to the window the girl had to ask again what I ordered!! Crappy burnt food!! Don't order no baked potato here.

When waiting in the drive through, My wife and I saw a team member taking out trash, while still wearing food preparation gloves. As a guest, I have no way of knowing that he washed his hands and changed his gloves when he went inside to make our food. Food safety is crucial, and I feel like it is not being held in high enough regards.

Flies ever where all over the food in the kitchen all over the dinning area. Just plain nastiness in there. Bathrooms are never clean always smell very bad.. The workers at wendys are rude never nice at all. The shift leaders do not make the crew do their jobs ever. They just dont care. Wendys needs to fix the leak in there kitchen. Everytime it rains it leaks in the kitchen next to the grill and an electric plug in. There fresh never frozen meat is kept in a fridge for weeks on end kept at just above freezing. Chili is made with the humburger meat that has been cooked and left on the grill until they can not sell the burger then its put in the chili as meat. Burgers are left on the grill for hours after being cooked. Everytime it rains it leaks on the kitchen and the water hits the grill and the food. Food that gets served to the people. The crew does not clean the kitchen or the grill. The meat is not as fresh as they want you to believe. Workers do not wash their hands and they do not clean well at all or wear gloves. Got sick after eating there. Do not recommend at all. Eat at your own risk.

So I'm in the drivethru with my wife and we order and pay everything is fine till the car behind us starts honking non stop obviously me and the employees are confused until they look at the car telling me it's there boss and that I have to pull up. Now for one is that anyway to treat your customers both the honking and forcing me to get out the way, second does this mean I can just honk to get my way at Wendy's or is that just for him? Third THATS YOUR BOSS HOW DOES HE HAVE THE JOB TREATING CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT. Last, I have panic disorder and the honking non stop has set that off leaving me dizzy, and yes, pissed off. So thanks for the terrible experience👌 hope your boss gets fired for this.
