Service was amazing. The lady taking orders was unbelievably genuinely sweet and kind. Wish all places had customer service like her. The manager that morning was fantastic too. I called him and let him know she and the food was great. That was my first time at a Whataburger and we were just traveling through.

I am in love with the Dr. Pepper Milkshakes!. They don't exactly taste like a bottle of frozen Dr. Pepper. That would be a freeze or slushiee. The milk/icecream has its own flavor but it mixes well. I just had the plain original WHAT-A-Burger. It was good. I will try something more adventurous next time. My biggest negative is location. It gets crazy busy with the interstate so close. I will only be visiting on off hours.

The burger its self was good but if im buying a burger dont just assume i want mustard on it. I absolutly hate mustard and they covered my burger with it. Every where i go i get asked what sauses i want they didnt even ask. Do you expect the customer do do everything for you. Id rather have Mcdonolds service cause at leat the ask you what sauses you want on your burger.

my first time at the Clarksville Ark Whataburger. It is a fairly new building so it is extremely clean inside and out. the outer appearance is very attractive the lights at night are wonderful its a beautiful business very clean parking lot too. The inside of the restaurant is somewhat attractive not near as attention getting as the outside but stil very clean and roomy. The young man who took our order was very polite extremely helpful and answered all our questings with ease. The food order was taken and made quickly and it was very hot nicely hot (not like some places where the food is cold before it get to you). The food was delicious. The price's where compatible to other fast food restaurants. My granddaughter and i enjoyed being able to visit with each other while enjoying our meal.
The about of about 3 months I have gone in 3 separate times for a shake. Each and every time the shake have very obviously not been properly mixed. There is a very dark puddle of Dr Pepper syrup on top of barely solid white ice cream. I wrote it off twice because I do understand things happen but hard seemingly gotten nothing but worse. Two of the times, including today, I was the only customer in line so it’s not like they are busy. I understand why they weren’t busy, their service. They got a second star out of me only because their cinnamon rolls are great. At least they have been previously as I didn’t order one today. Shameful to franchise such a well known chain and run it in the ground over simple negligence and lack of integrity.
