Order 2 biscuits and 2 coffees. After about 10 minutes waiting we stood at the counter and they asked of we need anything we said our coffee, another 10 minutes later we received our biscuits no coffee I went back up there and she was getting a coffee filter and said she making it so. Did I say there was no other customers go to waffle house much nicer

This is the worst whataburger I've ever visited. They messed up every customers orders and had to do alot of refunds, including ours and our friends. There were customers waiting 30+ minutes for their orders in the lobby, drive thru had just a couple of cars. These people had no sense of urgency, and not friendly at all, the 2 managers that where there had no idea of what their jobs are, they were totally clueless. This restaurant needs major help or it's not going to stay open long. We went to arbys and they were very friendly, the food was hot and fresh.
I have eaten at alot of Whataburgers and this store should be the training center for all of Whataburger!!!! friendly, fast and always great food...Elizabeth is the best counter person in the whole fast food industry

Service was amazing. The lady taking orders was unbelievably genuinely sweet and kind. Wish all places had customer service like her. The manager that morning was fantastic too. I called him and let him know she and the food was great. That was my first time at a Whataburger and we were just traveling through.
