I ordered a big mac meal and quarter meal. Received food in a bag, quarter pounder was missing. Had to order again. The big mac wasn't complete. I took it back up to the counter for remake. I made the comment that staff needed to talk less and pay attention to customers. The manager came to counter, very hateful, said staff was talking to her. I told not to talk to me that way. She came back with don't talk about my staff. The only thing I said was they were yacking to much The drive through had mixed up orders as well, one came in stating that she didn't receive the correct order. I still didn't get the right big Mac. I've been in customer service for over 40 yrs. That isn't the way to fix an issue 😕

I'm ranking this McDonald's so highly because it does things correctly unlike our McDonald's back home. I went to McDonald's 3 times and the food was always fresh and prepared the way McDonald's is supposed to prepare food. The fries which I ordered twice were golden brown, hot, and tasty not oil soaked like so many McDonald's tend to do now!

Don't go here if you want fresh good accurate food or good service neither of them happen me and my family will not be stopping here at all been thier 3 different times all times have been crap
Myself and my family stopped at Clinton McDonald's today. My husband ordered a hot and spicy McChicken and they didn't put the chicken on the sandwich. We ordered 8 burgers/sandwiches in total and we were parked to wait on our food. My kids burger patties were so old they were almost black. The fries were super cold. 🙄 I went inside to have the issue corrected and there was no one at the counter. I said "excuse me" pretty loudly and all I could hear were the people in the back and in the window having conversations and laughing/giggling. I was completely ignored until the cook that was running orders outside to people came back in and noticed me standing there. Then I waited another 10 minutes on them to remake 1 sandwich.
Every time we come here, something is ALWAYS messed up. Absolutely ridiculous. Terrible service and a waste of money. I wish there was an option to give less than 1 star because they don't even deserve that.

Saturday, 11.30 am, people leaving after waiting 20-30 minutes without receiving their order, manager yelling at the employees, employees eating their own lunch during the noon rush. Seems to be a poorly run franchise in Clinton!
