I had the basket special. It was fried fish and shrimp with fries. Fries were very good, not your usual frozen fried potatoes usually served at other restaurants. I would have liked the fish fried just to a golden brown instead of the dark brown, slightly over fried. Likewise the shrimp. Shrimp does not require, and should not be fried for as long as fish. Thus, the shrimp was firm. However, both were good, and flavorful. The dipping sauce served with the meal was tasty. It was apparantly a mustard based sauce. I could taste some vinegar and some hot pepper flavor that was nit overpowering. I enjoyed it instead of catsup as I would have otherwise used. The service was friendly and prompt. Overall an enjoyable experience.

The Maxident
The food here is hit or miss. My Grande Loco Nachos came 5 mins later than the rest of my parties food and were completely soggy. The waiter was focused more on another table the whole time and probably came by our table twice, once to bring my late food and then once to bring my check. And then after leaving no tip, they took the liberty to write in a tip for themselves and charged an extra $10. The only selling point is they sell alcohol and have an outdoor area to eat, coming in at a very unstable 2 stars.

Great portions, excellent and super friendly staff. Any of them, Sebastian, Carlos, Deya, or Juan, will make sure you have a great time and your food meets all your needs. We always go there if we want to eat authentic Mexican food (30 min away from my house). Their molcajete and Mexican fajitas are phenomenal.Definitely, you must visit this cute little place.
They put the phone down (not on hold) in the middle of me placing my order and never picked the phone up again. Tried to call 20 minutes later and the phone line was busy.
