Osaka Japanese Hibachi Steak House has changed a lot over the last decade (I don't believe it was Osaka a decade ago...or maybe it was?) and in my most recent visit, it now offered an endless buffet option...but not in the buffet style you would expect. Instead of the usual heated trays of food that you self serve at your own pace, you can pay a flat rate fee and choose from a buffet menu that you can eat from as much as you want, as long as you finish the previous serving....

The food was great, but it took a long time to get it. Granted, they were fairly busy, but I ordered online and waited at the restaurant for 30 minutes past the estimated ready time.
