If you want to pay for a cake & not get it, then this is the place for you. Ordered and paid for a cake. They say they will be there to meet you, but don’t fall for it. Still don’t have a cake or my money back. This place is a joke & a rip off. I will be calling BBB.
Prepaid for a cake. Went by the business 3 separate days ( during their business hours listed) and no one was there. No one will call you back. This place is a joke. If you want to pay for a cake and not get it, then this is the place for you!
We usually go to Dmpsey’s Bakery in LR but wanted to try this place since our son lives in Conway. They were late opening and the guy who opened was extremely nice and explained all the sweets they had. When I told him I thought this was more of a bakery/deli and had sandwiches he pointed to a fridge that had maybe 4 croissant sandwiches in it. I asked if there was a place to sit and order and he said no, so we left. The pictures posted do not match what I was being told. It was so odd. So, we drove to Dempsey’s and will stay with that. It was so odd….day old sandwiches for $14?

I had fasting labs this morning near BBB and thought I'd drop by there afterwards for something to break my fast. I had never been, so I announced that immediately when coming in the back door. That door has a welcome , come in sign. There was minimum product, no seating, no drinks. I said I was seeking food, possibly protein if they had that, and caffeine. The man said he had water as we both eyed a Keurig. He showed me a turkey, bacon, ranch jalapeno croissant and mentioned it would have to be heated (implication somewhere else). I asked the price, mostly to be polite,. S12.99. No thanks. I decided I would get a pastry and be on my way. To his credit, he explained he is a fill in. BUT, he never indicated there was an actual whole other side through the door around the building , a place which likely offered both protein and caffeine. I told him I'd take a cinnamon roll and be on my way to find a drive thru for coke and sandwich. I came home and brewed a cup and scrambled an egg which were both significantly better than my $7 cinnamon roll.

Baked goods are so delicious, I can hardly believe they are low sugar, keto friendly, gluten free!! I have no idea how they do it so well but they are the best sugar free desserts in the central Arkansas area that I have found
Awesome keto friendly and gluten free food and Laura is just the best!
I was so excited to find Blue Barn Bakery upon moving to Conway a year ago. Unfortunately the bread dressing for a side dish with turkey was way too salty and BBB took it off our bill with apology. I tried one other time and bought three cookies very dry, hard and crunchy which it should have been soft, and not Sweet By Any Means. Not tempting to give up, I tried one more time and purchased what they told me was a chocolate brownie and a delicious looking cupcake. Again could not taste that they were sweet at all but they were crunchy l, hard and very dry. I even had a conversation about what I wanted with the person at the counter they assured me those are very popular items. I'm sorry but I would not recommend Blue Barn Bakery to anyone unless they wanted to dip every treat in milk or coffee. I am so disappointed that I didn't find my special place for gluten free treats or sugar free. I find excellent items in Tulsa but unfortunately it's a 3 hour drive I can do 1-2 X's a year.
Blue Barn is an absolute must for anyone who wants to take their health seriously without sacrificing taste and enjoyment. I have tried so many keto products, but none compare to the homemade food made by Blue Barn. Their pizzas, sandwiches, cheesecake, and cookies (all Keto/Diabetic friendly!) are out of this world. You can trust that they use the best ingredients. The owners care deeply for people and are dedicated to helping people heal themselves through nutrition. What else can I say? We love them so much, they even made our wedding cake.

On my adventures today I almost passed this little gem ? in Conway. As usual the wild flowers caught my attention and the gluten free signs drew me inside for further investigation.Upon entering I was prompty greeted by all the staff with inviting smiles. The ambiance was very chill and authentic.I surfed the menu a minute and then proceeded to ask many questions about ingredients and share my thoughts and visions. After sampling a couple cookies (yes, you heard that correctly FREE SAMPLES) ? which was great bc I like to muscle test everything I put in my temple. I chose two kinds of these perfectly plump melt in your mouth sugarfeee pnutbutter and snicker doodle cookies! My neighborhood bakery is awemazing! They even invited me to do an open table on Saturday with my bliss ball offerings! Not just a quality heart centered business in town with gluten-free options but an actual co-op minded establishment willing to share space with a conscious creative being like me who is just starting out with a goal to make gut friendly food fun!If your interested in what a bliss ball is all about come try Vimalas Vittles at the bluebarnbakery on Saturdays from 9-12 beginning in June.
Vegetarian options: No animals are harmed. My dharma delights at this value.
Dietary restrictions: There is no flour or sugar used in the products! Guilt free and healthy. The possibilities are infinite!

Ridiculously overpriced, I am fully aware that gluten-free is not cheap but this is just stupid. I got a ham and cheese croissant and paid $14 for one sandwich! I was too embarrassed to put it back so I paid for it. Unfortunately, it’s the only place that has GF options in Conway so it feels like they take advantage of that. I rather drive to the Dempsey Bakery in Little Rock. Their baked goods actually taste like cookies and brownies.

This place is amazing! As a Celiac, it is hard to find delicious and safe Gluten-Free goodies. Usually you get one or the other, but not here! Everything is safe and incredible! The owner is fabulous and so passionate about GF. You must try the Turkey Cheddar Bacon sandwich warmed up with homemade honey mustard. I haven't had a sandwich like that since before I was diagnosed with Celiac. It was truly delicious! :)
