We love going to Bob's, especially on Sarurdays when we enjoy downtown Conway. This is our traditional breakfast or lunch. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is the perfect small town diner and the staff is amazing. Plus, we love the music.

I went to Bob’s for the first time on Saturday, March 23rd & thought the food was great! A little while after my friend & I left, I had car troubles outside of the restaurant. I went back inside & asked if I could use the restroom & briefly explained my situation. When I came out of the restroom, one of the employees handed me water in a to-go cup, unprompted, & another employee offered to pull his truck around & jump my car for me. It was a true show of southern hospitality & kindness. Thank you for the good food & good service!

You will confuse Bob's with a 5 star location. With that said, we are here every Saturday for breakfast. We really enjoy the simplicity of this place. The people who work here are a real pleasure to be around. The food is really good and we always leave feeling like we were appreciated.

I hate that I have to change my raving review of Bob's from a few years ago when my late husband and I would frequent there for breakfast. I haven't been here since before COVID hit, I didn't know it has changed this much. We used to feel like family when we'd come here, but my recent visit was a big disappointment. We were able to find a table right away, but it took at least 15 min for someone to bring us menus then another 10 min before anyone came by to take out order. The young guy who waited on us was NOT friendly at all, he wasn't rude just NOT friendly. He was really gruff. After eating for awhile, no one ever came back around to see how we were doing. We never received a paper bill so I have no idea if I was even charged correctly.The food on the other hand was just as delicious as it was before. I had the 3 sausage frittata and it was excellent, just found it odd to receive a salad with that. The only qualms I had with my meal is the menu said the frittata came with home fries, but they put hashbrowns on my plate. I like my hashbrowns a certain way so if I'd known it was hashbrowns instead of home fries, I would have ordered them how I like them. I gave them to my daughter though.Parking: The parking spots are on the street, parallel to the curb. If you don't get there early enough, you won't find parking near the door.

If you are looking for a down home eating experience, this is one of those places you need to try. Granted, should you be looking for crystal chandeliers with in-and-out 5 minute service, this may not be the place for you.However, should a relaxed atmosphere where you can run across just about anyone from your past be your forte', then you just might want to stop by. Oh, and they have really good food as well.
Food was so but our server was not good at all to us. I am a 20% of ticket tipper but not this time. Our server went to every table and talked and took exceptional care except us. I don't know why but it was the worst service I have had in years anywhere!

We asked for a few more minutes to look at the menu and the waiter never came back to take our order - we waited for over 20 minutes before we walked to the counter to pay for our drinks and then then the waiter questioned that no one took our order then he realized it was him but still charged us $5.00 for the two sodas. Very disappointed.
These people are so nice and accommodating. The chef is so personable, sweet, walks around hugging people, making sure they are happy. This was the best diner experience we've ever had. Our waiter was a younger man, he was great too. I would highly recommend coming here and will visit again.
