Got the buffalo mac, have had the nachos and a pizza from here before. Always barely average. Horrible service, place is at 15% capacity and we are going 15 min stretches without seeing the waiter. Took so long for him to come back for the payment that I finally went to the register.

When we first got in it took a bit to get our drinks because the waitress was taking a phone order, which was understandable. She then went to a table of people she knew two times before asking for our drink order and didn't give us the chance to even put in our appetizer. In the meantime, another table of people she knew came in. No joke, she went to both of the tables she knew 3 times before coming to us even one more time. She even took the order of the table who didn't get there until 15 minutes after us first - and still didn't come by to take ours for a few more minutes. It took 30 minutes to place our order (even the appetizer - the group that came in 15 minutes after us got their main meal before we got our appetizer even). While she was taking our order, a 3rd person she knew came in and she yelled at them right in my ear. I have sensory issues and it physically hurt me (chronically ill and disabled).Honestly the food was just alright. Had it been great we may have tried another location but we won't be wasting our time on it.

We enjoyed ourselves. My hubby took me out for lunch, and this is where we wound up. Pizza was good, and we had what was left for lunch the next day ?. We had a Supreme Pizza, very good ? and a beer.Parking: Very limited parking. Several businesses are in the same strip.

I had the double trouble pizza. It was very delicious. The staff was nice and friendly and also patient! The place has good atmosphere and is clean. The place has good pizza puns! They have a good amount of seating and delicious desserts! I would 100% come back again. My favourite pizza place!

Margarita pizza was disgusting. It looked nothing like the picture on the website. It was overcooked and had no flavor at all. We ended up tossing it after a few bites.

BBQ chicken with Jalapenos, chicken bacon ranch, and Razorback (meat lovers) pizzas with cream cheese stuffed mushroom caps and pretzel bites appetizers made for a good dinner.

Just visited this place for the 1st time. The service was amazing the stuffed mushrooms were the bomb and the Supreme Pizza and pepperoni pizza were the best I've ever had, love the thin and crispy crust.

I wish I could say that this brick oven is consistently good but it’s hit or miss. The brick oven in Cabot makes every meal the same every visit. I'm not sure if it's the staff or if the ingredients are sourced from a different supplier, but the food lately has been undercooked or burnt.Kid-friendliness: Alcohol is served but for the most part good place to take kids.

Had an absolutely awful experience tonight 5/31/23. Came in and seated myself as the sign says. Store was very non busy and only had 3 other tables occupied at the time. It took 15 minutes for a waitress to attend to my table and ask for our drinks. Drinks came out quick but once it was time to order, we ordered 2 house salads and 1 medium margarita pizza. Salad was brought out 15 minutes later and the pizza was never brought out. I asked why it was taking so long and the waitress said she never put it in and forgot. The store then got busy and we then had to wait an additional 30 minutes to get our pizza. People who came in 30 minutes after us got their food first and we ordered a very simple pizza. On the receipt it said “on the fly” because she forgot the pizza. No apology was offered, no refills were given, and it took way too long for check. It was 14 minutes after I asked for the check until I got it. I was very disappointed as this has happened many times and nothing was done to make up for it. Not even a sorry from the waitress. Very poor customer service and will definitely not be returning due to her actions and unprofessional actions.

This is a hidden gem in Conway. Pizza reminded me of US Pizza except larger. Tried the Big Italy & Taco pizza, the taco was our favorite. Also tried the Mortarsalad and Oreo dessert pizza, both were excellent.

So first I would like to say that this pizza place is very underrated. I have eaten at every pizza place in Conway and although the taste of the pizza at Brick Oven is not that much different than the rest, I feel that they deserve a very good rating for their customer service.Normally, I would get a Honey Mustard Chicken Pizza from Larry’s Pizza. There is something about this pizza that makes me want more. However, I am a bariatric weight loss patient so I cannot eat lot of pizza in one sitting. Therefore, Larry’s Pizza is not a typical place I would go to in order to get my pizza fix.One day, I was calling around asking all the pizza places, besides Larry’s Pizza, if they can make me a Honey Mustard Chicken Pizza. I was willing to pay extra for it. I just didn’t want to go to a pizza buffet like Larry’s just for that. Low and behold, Brick Oven Pizza was the only pizza restaurant that said they could make it for me. No questions ask and no complaints. They had my back.Ever since then I have been giving them my business over the other pizza restaurants in Conway. A little goes a long way and they could have easily told me no, but they didn’t. The item wasn’t on their menu and they didn’t even have to try and make it for me. Now, I have been there a bunch of times and gotten the Honey Mustard Chicken Pizza. I would also like to say that their Bruschetta Sticks are amazing and worth every penny. If you are the owner of this restaurant, I think that you need to make this a regular item. You would be surprised how many people like myself would come to your restaurant just for that pizza. Also, a shout out to the current management for taking this request.Thank you all!
