I'm not a big wing person but when I do have wings BWW is my favorite. Typical sports bar, noisy and usually very busy.

Received a friendly greeting, went to the bar area, waited 10 minutes, two waitresses stood at the side of the bar talking, only five people at the bar, was able to read through the menu and still not recognized by the waitresses or the bar tender, got up to leave, no one inquired as to why I was leaving so I went to my truck and drove down to Outback, never again at this BWW or any other for that matter

We’ve been here numerous of times and tonight we received the worst experience. Never had any refills, checked up on us, and after waiting 20 minutes I had to go ask for my check so we can leave. Which the server never did so I had to ask again, this time the manager brought out our check.

Terrible. Server Emma was rude and rushing. As you can see the only thing worth $13 on the trio appetizer was the queso, which had a ridiculous amount of pico in. Lost my appetite. Spent $75-80 in total which WASNT worth it.

Stormy Was Awesome — Super Sweet and On Point!
Big shoutout to our waitress Stormy — she was awesome from start to finish! Super sweet, fast, and had that great energy that makes you feel welcome. She refilled our drinks before we could even think about asking and let us know the food was taking a minute because it was being made fresh (which it definitely was — came out hot and crazy good). Stormy really went above and beyond, and she definitely deserves some recognition for how amazing she was! If every restaurant had a Stormy, nobody would ever complain about service again!

We’ve been regulars here for years and it’s consistently the best service, food and atmosphere
We came in and they seated us , we waited and waited to be acknowledged by a waitress. Both girls was standing at the drink machine talking away and two standing at the booth to seat people . Nobody ever came to the table to asked us for a drink .

I don’t typically leave reviews, but I was significantly disappointed with the lack of service for the outside dinning area. We sat for an hour without being greeted. We eventually had to leave bc multiple servers came to tables around us but we were never greeted. We even went inside when we got there to ask about outside seating bc we had our dog. I do acknowledge the restaurant was busy yesterday when we were there but if we had been greeted and given drinks at any point I wouldn’t have left this review. We love BWW’s and have never received service like this so we were overall disappointed.

I would give my experience a 0 if I could. Showed up to try and watch the fight. Indoors was crowded but outside had plenty of seating with active tables. Got a spot and spent 45 minutes ignored by the waitress. She came out multiple times and seemed as if she was purposefully ignoring our table. The patio space was unkept. The TVs were not set to show the fight so not only did we NEVER get service, we also didnt see the fight we were there to see. Drove from Cabot to see the fights, will never be back. To say we were disappointed is an understatement.
