Unfortunately, the service here is terrible. It takes forever to get waited on. We placed a mobile order and it took over 15 minutes to be acknowledged. There were multiple people acknowledged before us and our food was cold by the time the server decided to get our food from the back.

Wading star was very attentive food was delicious they were very good with special orders for the kids
Visiting the area and needed a place to watch the Eagles game. After trying 3 other places (listen, I wanted ribs okay 😂!) we came in and there it was. THE GAME!!! The staff was so amazing! They said I could have the game on ANY TV I wanted ðŸ¤ðŸ¤£ Thankyou guys!!!! Y'all, food was on point too! Thankyou for the good eats!

Nasty food, even nastier service from our waitress, they forgot the cheese on our burger, and then forgot the bacon aioli on our other burger but didn't give us a discount for the ingredients they forgot. Oh and their fries are dried over salted sticks!

I’m certain our waiter is upset but her service was aweful this evening 12-7-24 and got herself a $0 tip with a note of the reason why. They were not busy at all so I’m not sure what was going on. She was no attentive in no way and brought us our appetizer after our dinner, which I had to remind her of and she left my husband with no refill until we were done eating. By then we were ready to go and I asked for to go boxes. She did not get nice and sociable until she brought us our ticket.

This was my first visit to Buffalo Wild Wings at the request of a friend, and despite being so busy for the Tyson vs. Paul fight, which they screened well by having it visible on every wall, they provided excellent service throughout the night even though every table was full. The food was good, we got it quick, and we got steady refills even though we'd been there for several hours. 10/10 service and quality. Highly satisfied with the way it was handled.
