Horrible experience 11/21/25 about 630pm. They were obviously short staffed with no apparent leadership. The workers were not wearing gloves while handling food, I observed the cook making sandwiches with bare hands , then wiping his hands on his pants.. some little dude with a headset yelling orders and running around the store in and out the doors. He was sweating wiped this face with his hand then grabbed up some sandwiches to bag. I asked for my money back but the cashier ignored me. Place should have been shutdown.

There are many levels of Burger King, from 'I'm afraid' to 'this is weirdly fancy for a BK'. This is safely in the middle, and the food is usually well made, fairly fresh, etc. If you're debating if you should stop here, perhaps while driving on the highway, the answer is yes.
As always AJ and the crew were awesome, friendly, and fast.

3 orders of pickle fries and it's nothing, the burger on the left is supposed to have pickle fries and has none....what a rip off, called and was told that's all there is....will not spend my money here again.

We were going to dine in but never got any kind of acknowledgment, and 3 different workers looked at us and never said a word. We stood there for about 10 minutes and still nothing so we walked out and will not be back to the one on Oak street location. Also they can’t say they were busy as an excuse because there was only 1 more person inside and the line for the drive thru only had like 2 vehicles
