I just went through the drive thru. I ordered chicken nuggets & a sweet tea.
I had to wait 5 minutes at the drive thru before the lady took my order. After paying I had to drive around to the other side of the building to wait. If that’s not bad enough, the sweet tea I ordered was molded. I took & drink & knew something was wrong. I got home & had my husband try it. He said something was off. He opened it & said it smelled moldy & I couldn’t drink it. If you plan on going to Burger King in Conway, DO NOT go to this Burger King

Every time I go through the drive thru they make you pull around and wait by the front door and then proceed to take 15-20 min to bring your food out.
The slowest BK anywhere around.

The best part about this place? The parking—makes it super convenient to walk across the street to David’s Burger, where the service doesn’t make you question your life choices.

And yes I contacted corporate and never received a phone call from the franchise owner to discuss my horrific experience.

This place needs some help, apparently. We were told in the drive-thru that we should pull up, and to wait a few minutes for our food. We waited 20mins, along with 8 other cars ahead of us-waiting as well.
Once we received our food, it was perfect; heat-wise, fresh, taste and cooked to perfection.
If something was available to offer this quality of food from the drive-thru window then it would be complete.
We had the time to spare for the wait, most do not especially being right off the interstate.
If you have the time, and get that same crew on the grill and back line, you won't be disappointed! Experience was a 3/5, but food was 5/5.

I wish I could speak more freely and say what I would like to say in this review, but Google stops me so ill behave I guess.

THIS LOCATION IS A JOKE!!!

The last 4-5 times I have placed an online order.....I show up to have to wait anywhere from 5-30 minutes for food. Usually its 5 minutes or so which is annoying and defeats the entire purpose of ordering line.....but today my wait was almost 30 minutes for a double cheeseburger and a medium fry. In whose eyes is that acceptable?

I stood at the counter waiting for almost 5 minutes at the pickup area before I was even addressed. I then had to tell multiple people my very simple order 3-5 times where about 5-7 minutes passed between each time.

Please do better, this is beyond poor customer service and just awful.

In the pic I uploaded you can clearly see why my order took almost 30 mins....it was a tough one 🤦‍♂️🙄

We met family there and had plenty of room to eat and visit. The kids loved the crowns and toys in their meals. The service was friendly and helpful.

Walking in after an employee who was smoking weed in his car. He stunk so bad. He took our order but it took him a while to comprehend cause he was high. Food was ok.
