The person giving the food was nice. We did get fresh fries , so that's great. Although, the person talking the orders was kind of rude and we had to repeat ourselves 3 times. No sweet tea.

It took them just under 40 minutes to get our order out incomplete and cold.They had the restaurant smoky,the workers don't know how to listen effectively to make sure the order is right, and they need attitude adjustments. Don't even waste your time for what should be simple dinner.

Decided to go to Burger King today to get something quick while running errands.. the guy on the intercom was awesome and filled with joy and made me feel welcomed! Thanks man! I Love Burger King with everything in me, BUT to have to wait in a long line, pull up to the window, receive drinks and shakes, On TOP of having to drive around to park in the parking lot for my food to be cold and stale.. I had 3 honey mustard wraps 2 with tomatoes and the tomatoes were absolutely disgusting. The lettuce was old.. ew.. on top of the French fries tasted like they were there for a while and my son's 8 piece chicken nuggets were as hard as some bricks.. who did y'all expect to eat some hard nuggets?!? The only reason for the 2 stars is because of the Oreo shakes that were pretty good.. please do better..

Would really like to keep ordering as I like Burger King over McDonalds. However, the last 3 times I have ordered there the order has either been wrong or not gotten all the items. Who runs this Burger King? People on their phone or outback and not in the store doing their job. This is your job, you chose it, now do it!
The any-sex bathroom floors are extremely slippery. Needs urinals in both bathrooms if they are going to be marked for both men and women. Men can't aim.

Ordered 2 #2 breakfast sandwiches (bacon egg and cheese croissants) meals with OJ, from the drive through. Sat for 5 minutes with a "please wait" response from the dilapidated speaker system. Almost left. Got to the window and they took my money REAL FAST. Got to next window and was handed a medium soft drink. WRONG! He took it back with a roll of his eyes and we sat for yet another 5 minutes. My wife had enough and went in for the meals. Got the 2 OJ's from the window and the 2 most pitiful sandwiches ever made. Had to go around and walk in to remind him that meals come with tater tots. This was just the worst food, worst service, worst quality, and nearly worst attitude.
