Total incompetency! I shouldn't have to wait 20 minutes to get a chicken wrap. These greedy companies make it a real hassle to cancel orders, so if I show up and don't want to wait, too bad so sad. What's really sad is the total lack of quality in the food industry. Stop hiring lousy people!!!

I don’t normally order door dash but I decided to today and went to BK. They had a deal for double cheese burgers but I also ordered a chicken sandwich on the side I assumed with the works. The Crispy Royal or whatever and just look at this. Somehow the order got processed wrong and nothing came on it but what did come… It’s flat out inedible. Never ordering here again. Also you forgot my damn have-sies! The door dash guy had to go back for me! Fire everyone who works there. period.

I was visiting Conway and picked up some food on the way out. We had to wait ahead of the second window for 15 minutes to get the order. We opened the food a few minutes after leaving the drive-thru and it was all room temperature. And my kids didn't get any sauce for their nuggets. We didn't have time to turn around and go back and wait for them to remake it, so we had to stop at McDonalds in Mamelle. They didn't stop crying the whole time. I hope the people working here feel bad they did such a terrible job they made my kids cry. Don't ever go here.

I never review but boy. I came in there this morning. They dont even have the chocolate chip cookie on the menu inside so i asked the taller woman with short hair do they have cookies. She heard me but didnt wanna hear me and kept asking me to repeat myself. She was high but not only high, cant handle her high which is worse. She said they dont have them rn but will later and i said when and she said after somebody gets done filtering the fryer. So i wait for like an hour and didnt say anything, almost falling asleep and just about to leave and then she comes up and say you cant stay in here as if im loitering. So i ask her again about the cookies and she said that they will b ready at in another 2 hrs. Basically was being kicked out and refusing to be served for no apparent reason lol. Wont ruin my day, bunch a bums who satisfied with a check to check life. They always on they phone. Barely watches the front in the morning. Last time food was. Terrible food, overcooked and left out too long for tater tots. The short girl with dreads tried to be disrespectful while im telling her my short 3 item order saying "yeah,yeah, yeah" i ignored the ignorant thing and then the rest of them seem rude just off of body language, glares, and verbal energy. Not as bad as the other two tho. Never coming back , u better off driving across town. The one on oak always has had good vibes and kindness
