Very nice restaurant. I really liked the decor. Seemed very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our server, Zoey, was amazing! The food we ordered tasted really good. I enjoyed each main and side dish. Plenty leftover to take home. I thought the prices were really good compared to most BBQ places. Come hungry and enjoy!

The wait after being seated was long. The person who finally acknowledged our presence said he wasn't our server, but would take our drink order. After waiting longer, the person came by and mentioned he'd forgotten to bring our drinks, and then brought us two waters. He reminded us again he was "just a face" and not our server, but would take our food order. In the end the only person who waited on us was the "face" and not our server.? I ordered a Margarita with Cointreau instead of sour. The face told me the restaurant couldn't make a Margarita that way, because the Margaritas come out of a container already made. I asked for mayonnaise for my hamburger twice and the face said the restaurant doesn't have mayonnaise, just aolile(sp) barbecue sauce. The three ounce burger meat was room temperature, the queso cheese was room temperature and the rest of the food was okay. We never found out who our server was, because they never came to our table. The face handled our payment by credit card. The restaurant was bad when it was Red Robin and Burnt Ends is surprisingly worse. I'll be sure to tell about the really laughable experience my wife and I had last evening at Burnt End.

Service was awful. I sat at the bar. Bartender must forgot she was at work because she forgot to put in my order. Then brings my order and walks off. It took me almost 2 hrs to get my food meal and what I requested for. Today is March 16th, 2024 and I don't think I will ever come back to this location. I will try this place in Kansas City or Overland Park, bit Conway I will not be coming back

Went there tonight for the first time. Was told that they had excellent BBQ. Got there, and we were seated within 30 seconds. We looked over the menu and decided what we wanted to try. The only problem was nobody came to our table to take our drink order, much less our dinner order. Waiters and waitresses passed us repeatedly, but no one checked on us. After 15 minutes of waiting, we got up and left. So much for first impressions. And so much for the "Excellent service" claim of the manager. We will not be going back.

It’s St. Louis barbecue meaning that it’s very very sweet and very contrary to southern barbecue. If you’re a native save yourself some grief and skip this location.

Went here with a couple of friends last night, and I wasn't too impressed. Service was good, the place was clean, and the food came out fairly quickly as the place wasn't too busy. My fries were kind of soggy and not crispy at all, probably undercooked. I had the beef and pork burnt ends, which were good but got cold rather quickly. My friends had similar complaints. The quality of the food just doesn't justify the price tag. You'd be getting tastier food in bigger quantities for less money by going to Chili's. Not as fancy but much more economical.

$13.50 for Tom Collins (Gin, Sour mix, topped with Sprite) is WAY too much. The server was slow and kind of inattentive. There are no salt shakers so server brought a small ramekin halfway filled with salt. What a waste. The food was great but we got all of our food before my wife got her sweet tea. We'll be back, but I won't order a Tom Collins.

It was ok BBQ. A little pricey. They had a couple of decent sauces. Some kind of boring. The fried cornbread bites were pretty good. Our waitress was great.

The waitress took our drink over and over 20 mins later still no drinks. She stopped by to apologize 3 times and stated they kept handing her food so she couldn’t make our drinks. Still no drinks returned to take our order and we started to order but no they out of what we were ordering .. would have been nice to know that a half hour ago.

The food and service were great. Unfortunately though, I ordered a beer and didn't realize until after a few drinks of it that a moldy fake acrylic nail was floating in the glass below the beer head. I wouldnt have even known what it actually was until I asked a female friend, which makes me wonder how long it's been there to get black mold under it. Disgusting. I don't like leaving bad reviews especially after the waitress and bartender I dealt with were nice but this is unacceptable in the restaurant industry and better policies and practices should be put in place to prevent this.
