Horrible place and horrible service. The food all tastes the same and is not good. The service was laughable. There was no service!

Attention to detail is missing here. Depending on the wait staff handling your table, you will get exceptional service or barely any service at all. On our most recent visit, practically everything was wrong. I ordered enchiladas with red sauce; they came with cheese sauce. I can live with that, but its not what I wanted. My wife's dinner was a chicken quesadilla dinner, which was supposed to come with guacamole, rice and beans. She got a quesadilla, a pile of lettuce with a slice of tomato on top, and nothing more. Either the communication from us to the waitress was a problem, or the communication from the waitress to the kitchen, or both. This inability to get the order right was the reason we quit going to Cactus Jack's years ago. Supposedly things had gotten better, but we could not tell much improvement.

The mens room stall was flooded by a leaking toilet and the food was sub par. Overall our visit was far less enjoyed than our past experiences at their north little rock restaurant.
