The food is declining and I mean declining bad. What ever changes you all have made to the food is noticeable and should be changed back to the original way immediately. Please.

I have experience what I felt of discrimination twice, by employees of Chic fa li. As of 2/219/26, my daughter and I went to get something to eat on my break for my second job. The cashier took my order and after I paid out everything done on the counter as in my drink, straws and receipt. Wouldn’t put it in my hand and I remind you it was slow and the other cashier had the one girl that was ordering next to me no one else was ordering or in line. The guy next to us took her order and handed items to hers the guy who assisted me was no in a rush before or after we came he was just standing there. When I moved after getting my water from the counter they followed us to the other spot and ask me if I wanted my straws, receipt, and drinks then proceed to put everything down after I had my hand out for them. Then came with my daughter ice cream and sat it down in the counter than walked back to the counter and stood there. I asked for the manager and the manager came and said yeah okay what’s the problem after o told him what happen. Then proceeded to to say that how we do things here and I do it all the time. Remind you I been here several times and that happened twice and both time spoke to manager about them refusing because it was a refusal when my hand was out.

I never in life experience this at a Chick-fil-A where I ordered through the drive-through Get to the window my order was incorrect. It was told that I had to pay for the correction not only was it incorrect dressing choices, incorrect even the items I asked for verbally was incorrect. I asked for a large they give me small at first I wanted a refund, but I Allowed them to keep it and just kept the frost for my son because we both just got out of work in school on top of dealing with a terrible headache. I was not willing to go back-and-forth with a manager who should have known customer should always be right it’s not my fault if the person took the order incorrect it was on the ticket. Why am I having to have my phone over to repay for something that I was told I already paid for?
Ordered a mobile order and arrived at the restaraunt, I didn't order anything odd or weird. I went through the drive through, they pushed me over to curbside so i did not hold up the line. They forgot and or lost my order. Only when i went inside and talked to the manager on shift did it actually get remade. All in all a drive through visit took 32 minutes. Just go to panda.
