First and last time we will visit here. Employees never smiled or acted like they wanted to be there. The lady who made our 2 ice cream bowls didn't chop the add-ins or mix them in to the ice cream properly. There were gnats flying around our heads while we tried to eat. Ice cream definitely didn’t taste $25 good.

if I could give zero stars I would literally had black hair in my food and when I told the manager he was so rude and told me it was my own hair. MY HAIR IS BLONDE. Absolutely disgusting.

If I could leave no stars I would. This place is super unprofessional. The owner is a complete joke for a boss/store owner. The four employees that work there have very poor customer service and it is not worth your money. I can not say this enough do not come here it is awful. This place honestly needs to be shut down. Super gross bad service all around poor experience. Hands down will never come again.

Staff was very rude not very nice to us or my kids seemed like they didn't even wanna be there!! And the one doing the ice cream didn't even mix it the way they suppose to chopped ones than threw it in the cup like they didn't wanna do nothing!!!

I used to go to Cold Stone every once in a while when passing through Conway. It's been about 8 months since I last went.
I know prices are going up, but the increase was outrageous. It used to be $5-6 the last time I was there, but this time, my total for the smallest usual order in a regular cup came out to almost $9.
It's beyond the point of being worth it. I've had high-end gelato in Italy that isn't that expensive. Just skip it.
They messed my order up and refused to fix it. Plus you get a tiny portion that's over priced.

I came in or the smallest container of ice cream it was overpriced. It never looks busy there anymore. Mostly just three kids working there that act like they didn't care. I was shocked at how small it was over $10,when I paid then they all walked to the back where they were when I walked in. imagine this place is going to go out of business. The employees mostly just stood around and looked at their phones.
