staffing here is not the best and the manager who called me about my issue later on was very rude also. The prices on the menu and coolers are not correct. Be signed stated $47 but when I checked out, it was somehow $62 and the manager later Blamed the $15 on sales tax. I will definitely recommend somewhere like Andy’s down the road!

This place has the rudest employees. Andy’s frozen custard 1 mile down the road is a much better experience. We’ve tried cold stone twice and the employees are a let down, and it’s incredibly expensive

Not greeted with a smile, no hello, ice cream was melted, did not get my order right, my daughter’s cookie was hard and stale, no thank you or come back. The girls seemed miserable like they did not want to be there.

Very rude service. Packaging was terrible as well. After I told him what I wanted he kept asking me questions about my order. I was thinking shouldn’t you know what goes in the ice cream. From management to management terrible hire. This was a Sunday afternoon. It was a guy.

Just went to the Conway, AR location it was12:05 doors are locked, no one there, no one answered the phone either. Yet when you google the location it says open. Waisted trip, and time. Very disappointed. Ill keep going to Andys, they are open.

We were ignored when we said way toppings we wanted and not trying to be a cheapie but 3 tiny small cups for $30!! Come on cold stone that’s pathetic. Sonic ice cream taste the same. 👎

just as a warning to the citizens of conway. do not EVER work for this employer. he will randomly cut your pay, refuse to send w2s, and is very verbally degrading and you will get yelled at daily. makes you serve moldy ice cream and doesnt care about anything other than profit.

Two people should not be paying 30$+ for ice cream. The add-ons weren't even chopped or mixed in completely. We should have just walked out, but we won't be going back.
