Called for a take out order, told it would be 30 to 35 minutes. Got there 50 minutes later and had to wait another 25 to 30 minutes. 3 other take out orders had similar experiences. To make it worse, they had to remake one of the two items I ordered because it had completely cooled by the time my 2nd item was made.

I'm a bus driver and have very little time to wait for a food order, so I do a call in. The call in was at 11:00 and I arrived at 11:30 to pick up the order needless to say the order wasn't even started on. The young lady at the front desk stated I need to wait a little longer because the lady in the back hadn't started on it. Very dissatisfied!!

We went fairly late, we were what felt like the only customers, our steaks were cold when they came out. They were cooked to order just cold. The service was fantastic! We were very pleased with his kindness and hospitality! He mentioned to his manager about the steaks and they took 50% off which we were not expecting at all! We were very appreciative of the kind gestures!
