Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

My daughter and I eat there every other Sunday for daddy daughter day. We always get good food. And we always sit in Caitlyn's section. She is amazing. I drink unsweetened tea like my life depends on it and she keeps it coming without ever letting a glass get empty. She knows our regular meals and gets us settled with food quickly. She is also friendly and chats with us every time, like being served by an old friend. :)

Caitlin Smith is one of the best servers I’ve ever had. She’s attentive, knowledgeable and was always pleasant at the table. She really made the whole experience at Cracker Barrel worth the trip.

When we come here, we always ask to sit in Anna‘s section. She makes sure we are well taken care of and even remembers my order preferences. She has ruined service at other establishments because they can’t achieve her level of service.

Our waiter was awesome! Drinks refilled before going empty, very respectful to everyone. The chicken tenders were the best I've ever had. Peach tea was really good too.

Standard Cracker Barrel atmosphere. We were traveling and stopped for dinner. Food and service were excellent. Not very busy while we were dinning.

Found a hair in my food. Waitress never came and ask us if we needed anything. Not even to fill our glasses. Food was not hot was just warm. The Mac and cheese was cold. Was charged for a large chocolate milk got a small. Brown gravy looked more like chocolate pudding. As we were walking out overheard manager saying we got to get them out of here. Needless to say will not be back. And will not be recommending to anyone. I give his experience negative 5 stars.

A very busy, LOUD, Sunday morning! Our server, Jennifer, went above and beyond to really take care of us. This was the BEST Cracker Barrel we have EVER been to. Food and service was amazing. The seating is VERY TIGHT ... but an amazing meal! Our food was prepared exactly as we requested 😃👍♥️

My wife and I had another wonderful brunch at our favorite Cracker Barrel in Conway AR. Our servers name was Caitlin, she remembered our orders from previous visits and was wonderful at anticipating our needs. The staff was a bustle of smiles and pleasant attitudes all around us such as Anna, Kayla and Debbie , Jess greeted us at the front door with a warm and welcoming smile. As usual our experience was a down-home visit of good food and friendly faces.This is what keeps us coming back week after week.

Ordered 3 of takeout, all the same. Chicken fried steak with okra and mashed potatoes and gravy. I went to pick it up today were out of mashed potatoes so I had to change the side to tater tot casserole but they give me a good discount food was excellent service everybody was happy. Good place
