The food was delicious! I highly recommend the chicken fried steak or the chicken pot pie. Our server Callie was very prompt and knowledgeable. She suggested we try the sweet tea. I'm so glad she did! I drank three glasses of it.

We have been to many Cracker Barrels ... love the shops and food. We live locally and this is one of the best we have ever been to... friendly staff, great service and CLEAN.

Staff was very friendly the lady that took my to go order couldn’t have been more helpful or pleasant. She had a genuine smile. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich without sauce with fries and fried okra. The chicken must’ve been on a diet when they killed it because it was very stringy and thin, everything else was fine.

The Cracker Barrel in Conway, Arkansas has consistently gone downhill within the past 3 years. On a regular basis, they run out of certain food items on the menu; and, when we receive our order, the food is barely lukewarm to say the least.
This past Sunday, January 26, 2025, we arrived at approximately 11:00. I ordered a chicken pot pie, which is now only available on Sundays. Our waitress came back, apologizing profusely, saying they did not have any chicken pot pies. I asked how they could be out of an item that is now only served on Sundays, and it's only 11:00 am. I was told they forgot to cook the chicken pot pies. How does that happen at a restaurant such as Cracker Barrel? I know other guests also ordered the same item, and were told the same thing.
I then ordered the meat loaf with mashed potatoes, and the potatoes seemed as if they were left over from the day before, and were hardly lukewarm, if not, at room temperature. 90% of the time, the biscuits and cornbread are either left over from the day before, or have been sitting out for a long time, not hot, either. This is not the first time that I've made complaints to Cracker Barrel. At the present time, the only thing that is favorable about Cracker Barrel is their wait-staff. They are always very sweet, engaging, and concerned about their customers. The sad thing is that many of them have to take the brunt of angry and irritated customers due to the lack of poor management.
I truly believe poor management by the upper management, not just the local manager, but regional management all the way up to the CEO are the problem. They just don't care!

That was the best food we've had in awhile. Our waitress, Annabeth, did an amazing job and was very attentive. The food was excellent and the portions were very good for the price. We will definitely be back.
