This is the only time the service was not great. The server that gave the fries out was to or very busy to get items for custermers. But when you tell a custermer I will be wright back to get. Her cream and go back to talking to another customer about Ther current afares a totally for got what she was to doin the first place. She did this twice.

The fry lady was super attentive! We left so full and happy and everything was sooo good! I always try to make it to David's whenever I'm in Conway! Thanks for the cheerful staff and great oldies!!! I'm also glad there are salad and chicken options for when I'm trying to be good! You guys absolutely rock!

The BEST customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered a double with grilled mushrooms, recieved my burger without mushrooms. I took it up to the counter and they apologized, gave me ice cream while I waited for the mushrooms, and an extra order of hot fries when I left. I didn't get the gentlemans name who took my complaint but he should definitely get a raise and recognition.

We stopped in here for supper after getting gas on our travels back home. They advertised on the interstate as having the "best fries" if you like Five guys fries they are better than theirs but that style. We like a crispier fry so it wasnt out style. The Cheeseburger on the other hand d was Incredible! As far as Steakburgers go, this is tip of the line. A little on the greasy side, but that would be expected from this style. They were busy, but our to go order was done in a timely fashion and they even offered Ice Cream samples while we waited. If stopping through Conway for a Fast food option, I recommend stopping here.

Several of us from LaBelle Haven Baptist Church (Olive Branch, MS) ate lunch at David’s Burgers in Conway, AR on November 7, 2024. Not only was the food good, but the staff was amazing! I will definitely eat there the next time I am in Conway.
This place is awful...raw hamburger meat, disrespectful staff(kids),and it's not worth the trip. Avoid this trash..

I thought it was pretty neat the way they would communicate with one another out loud and very friendly and fast staff. The young man at the window even gave us a sample cup of ice cream without us asking
Keegan in the drive thru was AMAZING. He was Very Very polite and very friendly he asked me how my day was going. there was a hole in my cup and he apologized so many times and made me a new drink. He even gave me a free ice cream sample. He was amazing I will definitely be back Becuase of him
