I have ordered several times and each time their AI ordering service gets it wrong. Food is ok, but it would be nice to get what I ordered.

10/10 dominos experience (usually haha),,, i cant believe i ask for things ontop of the pizza, and thats where they put it. Onto of the pizza. Such an original pizza experience.

Their customer service is horrible the manager Janice made my order incorrectly one time a year ago. I brought it to their attention and she has since then given me attitude every time, declined service, and canceled my order multiple times all because she doesn’t want to take responsibility for an order that was placed a year ago.

I ordered my regular pizza they delivered my pizza to someone else and made another this means they were 38 minutes late from the time they said they would deliver. I called and they hung up on me twice. I just wanted them to offer me a free or discounted pizza instead they turned the driver around and said we can’t make you happy so “click “ hung up
