10/10 dominos experience (usually haha),,, i cant believe i ask for things ontop of the pizza, and thats where they put it. Onto of the pizza. Such an original pizza experience.

Arrived an hour before close and the doors where locked and employees ignored us closing an entire hour before advertised close is crazy

Got there an hour before they closed, yet the staff had no intention to let me in nor take any kind of order.

Their customer service is horrible the manager Janice made my order incorrectly one time a year ago. I brought it to their attention and she has since then given me attitude every time, declined service, and canceled my order multiple times all because she doesn’t want to take responsibility for an order that was placed a year ago.

Ordered 6 topping pizza for pickup. Pizza was ready as promised, and employees rang me up quickly.

I ordered my regular pizza they delivered my pizza to someone else and made another this means they were 38 minutes late from the time they said they would deliver. I called and they hung up on me twice. I just wanted them to offer me a free or discounted pizza instead they turned the driver around and said we can’t make you happy so “click “ hung up

I had a carryout order, 1 medium and 1 large pizza. They gave me 2 mediums. They made a large immediately. Great service and very friendly.

I had to place two separate orders because a promotion did not work with our app's free pizza offer. When we returned home, two of the five pizzas for our large group were incorrect. I immediately contacted the store to report the error but was told I had only placed one order and received three pizzas. I inquired about the two large pizzas with the incorrect toppings but received no explanation and was told it was unfortunate. When I explained that this was not acceptable customer service, I was directed to Domino's customer care hotline, and the call was disconnected. Would love a follow-up from the franchisee of this location.

Good pizza. Great service

They won’t take your order on the phone anymore, they have a stupid and annoying machine that tries to take your order that can’t understand half of what you say. When you push through to talk to a person you wait on hold for 10 minutes (which is crazy cause everyone is doing the automated message).
You can’t increase the cost of all of your food, not change the quality, AND cut down on labor by having a computer change my order AND ask me for a tip at the end…
